ChrisG has better fundamental game than Smugdabeast. Sure the beast can pawn many people online. But that is because people online lacks fundemental skills. And Smugdabeast is like Infiltration. When he gets pressured he dont know what to do.

Dont misunderstand me guys. All I am saying is that people with agressive characters has bad defense. When they get cornered by another agressive character they just push to many buttons and get nervous.

For example infiltration has bad defense and lost because he always plays agressive and dont know how to play defense.

I've seen several WCG posts from the last few days. Are you using a different Eventhubs or...

Nah! Saying Smug lacks fundamental skills and can only pawn people online is ridiculous. He convincingly beat both Sanfords Sagat and his Oni. AND came second place in this. Sanford is arguably the BEST Sagat in the US and defo has an Oni's you cant sleep on either. Smug outplayed him and then was outplayed by Chris G. He's proven that he's not just an online warrior plenty of times on Arturo's house stream. Give credit where credit is due.

Did you really call out Smug and Infiltration LMAO okay. People want to hate on Chris but I think we sometimes forget how great of a player he is and anyone could lose to Chris G when hes on top of his game.

So your basing your theory on one set and with arguably one of the best Cammy players out there? Okay gotcha.

You cant never become the best player. YOu can be good but never the best cause there is always someone better than you. Even if they dont compete at tournaments.

Yeah and thats my opinion from the gameplay. After watching it over a few times. I noticed most agressive players have 00000%%%% defense game.

You obviously didn't watch the match then because Smug did plenty of defense/blocking its just that Chris outplayed him regardless if which one was playing more offensive/defensive. Also your wrong Daigo Umehara was the best SF player for some time so there goes that theory.

Now staying the best player makes more sense but there have been times where even Infiltration was the best player a for a while. Guess what if you watched the matched there was times where even Chris G played aggressive yet he also play defensive when needed.

What your saying makes no sense because you wont get as far as these players got just playing aggressive or defensive. The best players know when to be aggressive and defensive. Please watch these matches again and understand that it comes down to a great player beating another great player.

Smug dropped his combos, he was flustered and lost his composure, you can tell. Same goes with his ft5 against zeus, just a dry run for him

Yup you can tell by the end of the set with Chris he made mistakes that he shouldn't have if he would've just as you stated kept his composure. For example the H punch uppercut he did that Chris countered. Regardless I love watching his Dudley so I hope to see Smug compete at more tournaments.

One of the most entertaining players to watch right now and I think some of us are forgetting he still did damn well.
