Challenge Capcom live stream - Play Combofiend and Haunts in Street Fighter X Tekken v2013 and Darkstalkers Resurrection Haunts and Combofiend are starting another episode of their Challenge Capcom stream at around 4:30 p.m. PST.

This weeek they will be playing both Street Fighter X Tekken v2013 and Darkstalkers Resurrection. They will be playing on the Xbox 360 with the gamertag "Capcomfighters1." Additionally they will be giving away Darkstalkers Resurrection codes.

When they give out those codes? Are they permanent? Or is it the first person to use it wins?

First person to input it in, gets it. These are regular redemption codes and not like SHiFT codes.
