EventHubs drop down menu redesigned

I like this one alot. Great work guys.

I think it would have been better to put stats in the drop down menu and leave the tipbox in the navigation. Other than that this is a good change.

I think the "submit news" should be an own button. I'd rather combine Stats into the Fight Tracker somewhere.

Why the stats page is the second icon on the website and it's very important future on EventHubs will be made clear in the near future.

I don't think it's unfair to say the stats page is fairly vacant, but in the relatively near future that will definitely not be the case. Actually, it'll become one of the most compelling parts of the website.

Just to back up my prior comment, the stats page will become a very awesome and I'd say amazing part of EventHubs in the future.

I can't go into details yet, but I think most of the community will be amazed by what they see the stats page become in 2013.

I understand why it's not there, but I still consider it and CotA very much a part of the series. Minor gripe but I'll live if you don't change it :P

I also feel that the news tip should be its own icon. Other than that the menulooks pretty neat now although I'm not going to lie when I say I preferred the old way. Just a personal thing though, I do understand why the change and it's better for it.

Put back the original color on the game icon & some color on the more menu. The change is nice, just looks dead with no color.

On another note, when will mobile version for android come out? The new "more" menu is nice in all, but not very mobile friendly. when I click more, the menu pop up but once I try to move the screen left or right, it disappear. Via s3

if it were me, I'd make 'news and features' its own drop down menu, and rename 'more' into 'games'. At the moment 4 out of the 5 'more' sections are games. then you can consolidate all the games in there, instead of some in some out. (maybe boldifying the more common ones)

You need to add a "clear" div after your drop-down content. Otherwise the content flows outside of the container when it is too large. You can notice this yourself if you zoom the text a few times then hover the drop-down.

When I'm viewing this on the iPad, the drop down list from 'more' stays and does not disappear, even after clicking the more button again. However, the list does look much neater now.

One thing I want to say about EH is that unlike other fighting game news sites that will remain un-named, EH is consistent and not always changing formats, that can be VERY OFFPUTTING when trying to use a site.

Keep it simple and dont change formats too much.

i think it makes life a whole lot simpler, the old one was a mess keep up the good work as always EH looking forward to the comments having a like/dislike system and the character preview

I still miss Eventhubs with the black background. Didn't you guys say you were implementing options to change it like Test Your Might?

I never even used the News button I always clicked the giant EH logo. Removing it was actually a good move.

The news button was redundant and I like that it opens up more room for other links. So far I have been pleased with all changes done with EH.com (especially the Stream and Fight trackers)

Gonna miss the icons for the games, but it looks pretty spiffy now. A beneficial change overall (especially the removal of that useless News icon). :3

Oh, and if possible, maybe make the "Submit News" link at the top of the page a different color so it stands out, like red.

Me likey. Though I miss clicking on the circle (where the Fight Tracker is now) to refresh the page with newer news stories.
