Looks like they might as well give the trophy to NorCal. The team looks ridiculously stacked and unless there's going to be changes to team NY I can't see anyone coming close to beating it.

nothing is free in Curleh Mustache. It depends on the team tournament format too.

MarlinPie is not even from NY, he is from NJ. He should not be allow in NY team anyway.

Yeah, Drew and Honzo were noticeably absent in this. I was a little disappointed about that but this was still great to watch. Probably my second favorite FGTV episode with the pre-EVO Japanese players getting whipped up by Yipes and Marlin being my favorite.

I would of bodied you at FRXVI anyways drew..... anywho I think that marlinpie was suppose to be on the NY team however I dont think he registered yet....

I heard somebody call both Honzo and Yoshi before the qualifier started and they both said they couldn't go.

They mention it in the video that Honzo couldn't get a ride. KBeast or some such was his only possible connection to getting there and he couldn't get him.

Also, GCYoshi didn't make it either.

So it was only XSK Samurai, CJ ShowStopper, Neo, Chris Schmidt, XRay, Chunksta, and KBeast who was there.

i dont follow Norcal too much but CJ and Neo on the same team doesnt look like good news to me. i dont know what #3 is talking about.

I wonder if KBeast did that on purpose to try to get onto the team lmao

@15 Neo has always been pretty good in UMvC3 and has gotten more than a few top 16 finishes in majors. He has leveled up a lot recently and that's why he got a 5-1 record yesterday. CJ is the weak link but he's still above average and easily on at least Noel Brown's level. I mean, looking at the team NY that's posted can anyone tell me that Rayray, Moons and Noel is on Neo and Chris Schmidt's level?

Uh yeah, I can tell you all 3 are way above Neo's level. The "Golden boy" is looking more like he's from the Bronze age. Dude is old as hell and fell off once MvC2 left the center stage. Clock owned him up free at SCR and we all know Clockwork doesn't even put that much time into playing anymore.
