'I want you to hit me as hard as you can' UMvC3 Phoenix players share a moment before going dark

If you play Phoenix in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, you know there's some... crazy stuff that can go down, and when a mirror match happens you can often double the lunacy. Proving Grounds Moment #57 captured by LimitBreakTV is definitely an example of this, as VS|BigFool and OTG|SleepsJR square off in an interesting match.

This might remind you of the Seasons Beatings: Velocity winners finals between Viscant and Flocker where it was another Dark Phoenix mirror back in the vanilla release of Marvel vs. Capcom 3. For a trip down memory lane, hit the jump.

They both wanted to be transformed first, but that doesn't make sense because the one who does get transformed second has the advantage. They can XFC as regular phoenix and kill the dark one, or they can combo off their own explosion and kill the first dark one.

Turning Dark second only applies when you bring Phoenix in early let her transform and tag her out (that's a bad idea)
