Downloading AE - My old Super disc can now retire happily!

Should add, that the prices massively vary region to region. Here in the UK, AE is £4.50 (About $8)

I think it's hilarious how SF4 Vanilla and AE are the same price....

Purchased KOF13 for 5 euros. Was also thinking about getting TTT2 for 10 euros but I got bored with the game the first time I bought it....

So far I've grabbed VF5, KOF and El Shaddai.

But El Shaddai sucked. Don't buy El Shaddai.

Any word on Skullgirls or Jojo's? I thought Jojo was going up this week. Also UMVC3 would be awesome.

JoJo's and a few other fighters go on sale starting tomorrow I think. Nothing for Skullgirls though.

@7

Nope no DLC sales this time.

#3 What? Vanilla is 5 year old "full game" that came out at $60. While AE came out as an add on for Super SF4 at $15. The full game disc based version of AE(Super SF4 included) was only $40 2 years ago.

I think if AE had a higher discounted price it would have been "hilarious". $9.99 for the full version of AE is just about right.

El Shaddai isn't anything special and the relgious stuff is pretty much EVERYWHERE, but it's a pretty decent game. The graphics especially. TTT2 and KoFXIII are well worth it at that price!

@Dreamking23 Cheers!

@2 and @10 - It gets better here - AE is £4.50 and vanilla is £8.99. Rather amusing!

El Shaddai isn't nearly as bad as people say imo. It's repetitive, yes, but still enjoyable. Andn for $2.99? It's not bad at all.

Picked up KOF 13 and picked up the DLC Characters, even if I don't put a lot of time into it it's still great to own it to mess around in and practice execution in. :)

Finally got SFxT... I thought it would feel similar to AE, but that's not the case! 20 more bucks for the DLC characters is absurd though.

I own everything here except MKvDC but I need to grab AE because my two copies of SSF4 have worn out from always playing that game, and I can be lazy and leave in SFxT in my disc tray and play both games without having to get up lol.

Really only bad deals is Mortal Kombat and SFxT as MK can be bought for $15 and it's the complete edition while SFxT is cheaper in stores and you pretty much gotta add $20 for the DLC characters.

And you can't hate on El Shaddai for $3

$20 for SFxT if it included all DLC characters would be the only way I gave the game a shot again.

@20: I'd rather pay 5 bucks per character than 20 for 12. Then if I buy 12 chars, I pay 60 bucks, which is the cost of a BRAND NEW GAME! :D :D :D :D :D

YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! MOOOONEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

@20 Oh don't get me wrong I'm well aware that the game is BETTER than the original one I bought and traded in 1 week later. It just still doesn't have the appeal to make me go out of my way to get it. I'll wait till all DLC is included for one good price. Especially seeing as i won't be playing it in tournament regardless I'm definitely not worried about getting left behind or something.

Do you have to get the online pass for TTT2 if you buy it on demand?
