EventHubs Street Fighter X Tekken v2013 community polls - pt. 2, rate each character S - D rank

The community tier list here on the EventHubs forums for Street Fighter X Tekken v2013 continues with the first batch of the Tekken characters.

Like our previous polls, voters will be asked to assign letter ranks from S - D to each of the characters. The characters available this time are Alisa and descend alphabetically through Julia.

there isn't any D rank characters in this game.. Worst character in this game imo is Hugo and he really isn't that terrible..

I agree, SFxT is definitely one of the most balanced fighting games in recent years in my opinion, up there along with KOFXIII.
Also, inb4 someone votes Jin D-tier for a laugh.

Christie is in "We need more people to play her so we can figure out what tier she's in" tier.
For now I put her as a B. What what I -have- seen, I'd say she's a fairly decent jack-of-all-trades.

Asuka has twice a "S tier" option. Even if you want to D-Rank her, she is S-Tier.

Due to my inexperience with high level fighting I won't vote so as to keep the results free of my ignorance.

I do see Jin as being higher tier than Heiachi but given more people online use Jin... well you get where I'm going.

This is my own tier list for the moment, and while tier lists are subjective to one's own opinion, I just need some critique on my own list as to where I went wrong in terms of placement, just to forge some better insight.

Popularity doesn't really determine a top tier character. Just look at ryu/ken in ssf4 ae 2012.

^ Note: I didn't sort the list by faults/strengths, rather, by separate sections (ex. upper ss tier, lower ss tier, upper s tier, etc.)

@12 I don't have a full characters knowledge yet but your tier list is quite fair, but i don't really share the same feeling for Kazuya, a good "purple stuff" executioner can link the most damage with no meter... S tier at least.
Also bob i don't think is that low... i'll switch him with ken who don't deserve to be that high.
To me this game is not really the best for charge characters (bison, vega, balrog and blanka) due to rush system but i may be wrong.
I'm using Nina right now and she is amazing, I feel so comfortable with her that i'm struggling to find another char who gives me the same feeling... she is not the best in something but she is good in everything.

@12 I think you're pretty close with what you've got there. If I'd have to go with my personal thoughts as to how things stand now, my list would be slightly shifted and a little more like this:

I would definitely dig some thoughts/arguments as well, as I did try to start arranging the rows from faulty to well-rounded.
