JR "PikachuAkuma" Rodriguez has put an interesting spin on the match footage upload process. Featured here today, he has put together a few videos containing footage focusing on specific characters in Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition v2012.

The characters below include Juri, El Fuerte, Blanka and Cody. You will find players such as WeirdoNeo, DMG|iPeru, GoGo yubari, Loki KKY, Flash House and many others.

The first Juri vs Abel match was intense. Awesome Abel combo toward the end. Great Juri too.

Those blanka matches were borderline unwatchable. No frame traps, kara grabs, setups off back throw no tech no brains. Just a bunch of people getting away with hops amd balls bevause of online. Big deal they grind with characters nobody knows how to fight and get high pp and bp. I only have a 10k 3kpp blanka and I just about body everyone on ranked save for brainless cammys.

I just started playing online again and although in the year I was gone people got a little better as far as hitting combos they still havent developed brains. Jumpin everywhere and doing unsafe stuff all day. Online players are spoiled with bad but plenty comp and horrible timing adjustments that makes some many things unreactable that normally are. I cant slide fireballs online for the life of me although its free as hell in offline casuals.

There were maybe 3 solid blanka players in that video. The rest were mashing jab like mindless idiots.

This is why you don't see decent Cody players in tournaments, no set-ups, no links, no footsies just press lots of buttons, throw random Bingo & lots of other random unsafe moves around & hope they hit....just awful play.

You have to be a very good player to have any chance of making Cody work in a tournament setting & there are no good players playing Cody right now because he's not top ten.

@3: 44 seconds into the video there is a frame trap. I'm not even gonna finish reading your dreck as you've shown very quickly your ignorance about this game. You're free to Blanka and he's not even a great character. Best thing you can do is pick him up to learn his moveset or learn the matchup.

That "frame trap' at 44 seconds was garbage anyways. Can't even finish it properly because that guy can't piano or slide. Any blanka mashing jab to get electricity is trash and hasn't put nearly enough time in to learn his character. All gimmicks and nothing solid. Promise if they played someone who knew the matchup they would get raped.
