Not to discredit Latif, he's an excellent player, but I assume most people figured he wasn't holding back, just got completely shut down.
Whoever set that bracket up was mad as hell, I'm sorry.
@2
bracket? it was an exhibition match.
@3
i play my best when my bladder is full.
As good as he is, until SCR2013, I hadn't seen much of Latif lately. What would have made more sense would have been K-Brad vs. Infiltration, since K-Brad beat him not too long ago at a major. Also, when Drew Grimey couldn't make it to face off with Cl0ckwork in Marvel, why didn't the organizers have his replacement be Neo (another NorCal vs. SoCal Matchup)? Just the day before, they faced off in pools - plus with their history in MvC2, that would have been an magnificent runback.
@8 When it comes to match ups, after a loss or a close one, Infiltration does his homework. Look at how he played the Guy match up differently from Saturday when he almost lost to Luminaire to Sunday when he made Floe's Guy look free..
I am fairly certain K Brad will not beat Infiltration again. K Brad lost to Laugh's Akuma at Canada Cup and that's not even Laugh's main character.
good interview, Latif spoke well and is a great player.
it is only a question of training.
@shinebox
we will see, come Brazil's evo qualifier. During that time Infiltration has an exhibition against BrenoFighters to make up for the fact the later couldnt make it to the SF 25th Anniversry. Is it that infiltration has figured out cammy, or just figured out K-Brad. If its cammy, then yeah dont think K-Brad will ever beat him again, if its just K-Brad, then all K needs to do is raise his game.
@19
Infiltration wasn't even playing well. He said it himself. That's the scary part.
so glad to have some one like latif represent Arizona.just not in this case lol
Well ill say this i played against latif and lost 5-1 pretty badly , but in his game against infiltration the reaction seemed slower than i thought wonder what happened :/ probably flustered !
