I own Vita because P4G. Great game with hours and hours of playability . The System itself is not the issue, just needs an expanded library of good games

P4G is such a balling game. 25 hours in and I am barely past saving Kanji, so much to do/ explore and level up that games amazing

@16 Persona 4 golden i a good game but it should have been on ps3 instead of the vita. For me i've already played persona 4 on my ps2 and a reupdated version of the same game isn't enough for me to invest $300 for a vita. Hopefully atlus ports it over to the ps3 and then i will buy it on day 1.

I really feel like I'm alone in the world when I say that I love DOA, the fighting game. I love the characters, mechanics, it's just one of my favorite series. But BS like this? It makes no sense it's tasteless actually and should be left in the Xtreme games, not polluting my fighting game.

I vomited when I first seen this "Fighting game trailer". This is the worst trailer that I have ever seen.

@25 Sometimes games need fan services like DOA and other Japanese media, just to make something unique (even if not everyone likes it).

I'm going to say this "There is NO my, and there is NO you in fighting games" besides I belive that the real thing actually polluting fighting games is console market, social games, casual gamers, people that bash other games, and western games (not pointing at MK).

Nothing personal, besides DOA had did its fan services since 1996 for the Arcade later Sega Saturn & Playstation.
Heck its fine to only like DOA for gameplay, characters, & mechanics but the game still needs to stay true of what DOA had did, maybe even change certain sexual tones which is fine, like in DOA5 the breasts are no longer very jiggly from certain titles.

This series I think is damn fun to play but yeah this series is a damn joke and as someone who grew up with the NES Ninja Gaiden games, it's really odd now knowing that Ryu Hayabusa exists in the canon of a game that's so sex crazed, granted the NES Ninja Gaiden games actually had some blood during cutscenes but still it's odd to see where Ryu is now if you've been with Ninja Gaiden that long.

Everyone really loves bashing DOA for its blatant sex appeal. But yo, have you seen Ivy in Soul Calibur? Have you seen how Mai's titties dangle out of her outfit in KOF? Have you not realized that Cammy's rocking a thong leotard that leaves her ass 98% exposed? Bashing DOA and not these other games on sex appeal is like knocking syphilis but being totally cool with gonorrhea.

People love to hate DOA, TTT2 had bikinis and stupidly sexy costumes but everything's ok in the land of Harada, that didn't happen lol. DOA is a great fighter, sure, it's not as good as Tekken or VF, but it still has lots of depth to it, it's a solid fighter and besides it's a lot more fun that those two games.

I honestly dont understand all the hate for DOA on this site. While im personally not a fan of the series, i still feel the hate is unjustified and unfair. I agree #46 and #47. People are always trashing on DOA's sex appeal, when pretty much almost every fighter has fan service, examples including Cammy and Elena in SF, Tekken with its bikinis and revealing outfits as well as some fanservicy endings in TTT2, Mai in KOF, Honey from Fighting Vipers, Makoto and Litchi from Blazblue etc. Yet i dont see people complaining about those games(maybe Blazblue but not to the extent of DOA). Gotta love double standards in the FGC. Stay ignorant Eventhubs.

Even with character designs being the way they are, it's all about what you do with them and your emphasis on them. DoA does the most to throw its girls in your face. I never even knew it had guys in it until High School, and I forgot it did until DoA for the 3DS came out.

I mean, you don't see Urien in a leopard skin banana hammock laying on his stomach at the beach, right? There's a difference.

@54 SNK games started the whole sexual females with Garou Densetsu series (Fatal Fury) adding a sexy female Mai which her breast jiggle, and even Art of Fighting had a secret where if you use a fire ball on King (also Yuri Art of Fighting 2) there top clothes get destroyed and you see her bra its also in King of Fighters (Capcom version of CvS doesn't do that).

Heck the whole sexual content like DOA origin from manga back at 1960s, and later at 1970s that kind of content is very popular in Japan.

I just wish that western people weren't so butt hurt about DOA, if they don't like stay away and no stupid comments.

@34 I understand your point, but I don't have a problem with DOA's "sexy" females. I accepted certain things,

-They did reduce Kasumi,Ayane,Hitomi,and Lei-Fang's cup sizes.(IMO)
-Kokoro & Lisa's bodies are well proportioned.(IMO)
-And oddly enough Tina/Christie's bodies are a part of their characters, so there isn't a problem there.

I focus more on the positive that TN did with this game. (The actual gameplay/mehanics, getting rid of space boob jiggle syndrome, the graphics ♥, improved story mode, etc.) However this stupid "Movie" or whatever, is just that, stupid. It does nothing for the game itself, it only serves as fuel for the immature gf-less geeks, and haters alike. More stages,characters,modes, hell even costumes would make more sense for this "Plus". This video just doesn't, sorry.

@56 I see, heck Gravure scene is something to certain fans (not everyone) that get to look at the girls and enjoy every moment with this. Heck simple you can ignore it and focus of gameplay in general, this Gravure scene is just something extra to certain die hard fans. I like almost everything about DOA including that Gravure scene, and even the rest that you said.

Ok...it wasn't awful, but it wasn't good. Seeing King's bra is one thing, but that's was most likely to establish King's gender (which you can only hardly tell as is).
