Lol angry scar at the end was awesome. So I know clammy runs schit right now but exactly what changes were implemented to cammy to make her so beasty (or changes to other cast that makes for a bad matchup). I mean, wasn't she even better when she could instant spiral dive without ex or whatever? After that nerf what made cammy so top tier again?

I believe they reduced recovery frames on some of her critical normals (standing jab, crouching jab, etc) so that opened up a lot of new links and setups for her. They also changed the active frames of the first hit of the heavy kick spiral arrow to be longer (while shortening the frames for the second hit) which always her to score 2 hits off a heavy spiral arrow much more consistently (more damage).
