I would say Champ and Infrit are givens. The other 2 matches should be quite interesting with Clockw0rk and Combofiend being the favourites.

Champ is gonna try his best not to call dios x a certain species of bird.
Infrit vs Bee? How comenot one of those 2 face fanatiq or Knives since both of them don't like those 2.

That's pretty hype. Good job on the match up, Marli Pie vs Combo is really intriguing.

You guys are under-estimating Bee, I wouldn't be surprised if he takes it. Drew will more than likely beat Clock, Clock is a legend and no slouch but he hasn't been as prominent in Marvel 3 as he was in Marvel 2.

My picks are Champ, Drew, Bee, and Combofiend.

FChamp, Clock, Bee and Marlin. That's my bet.

I always wanted to see Combofiend vs MarlinPie in Ultimate, that'll be interesting.

Clock vs Drew is gonna be down right crazy. If Drew can keep Doom away from C. Viper with EX Seismos, its his game. And if this were a few months ago I'd say Marlin would take Combofiend, but with Combo recently picking up Nemo's team he's actually been doing better. I can't wait to see this!

Drew is pretty damn good, and Cl0ck is not the same Cl0ck you remember from Marvel 2. He is VERY human when it comes to UMvC3.

@5 No. Combofiend works for Capcom, he isn't sponsored by Capcom to go to tournaments.

Champ will beat dios free and call him random, idiot, pelican, etc. Clock vs drew will be interesting :P, Infrit vs Bee will be an awesome set, but Infrit needs to suck it up and play Sentinel because his Doom is ass xD, Marlin and Combo will be a good set.

I think Champ is the only obvious one to predict. Clock vs Drew will be interesting and as much as I like Clock in general, I'm going to have to side with Drew winning because he has a more solid cheap team and he did pretty solid in the Norcal vs Socal set. Infrit vs Bee will be a good set and I'll have to give it to Bee cause he gets Frank leveled up more than I expect him and I know Frank does pretty well against Infrit's whole team. Combo vs Marlin IMO will generally be who ever gets the first hit wins the match, so my guess is to just toss a coin in a FT10. I would have to side more towards Combo just because I feel he's better in longer sets as opposed to 2/3 or 3/5

After what I saw from money matches during NEC, it's safe to place your bets with Bee. I like MarlinPie over Combofiend because he just doesn't seem that motivated to play anymore, Champ over Dios, and Drew over Clock. Clock's Strider is better, but Viper/Vergil/Vajra is incredibly stupid and might be too much for the washed up veteran. Kappa

Would like for clockwork and Peter to come out on top but clockwork's always struggled with umvc3 beyond the doom/ammy gimmick and Peter just doesn't seem motivated anymore like others have said.

Some of you guys are overestimating Drew and underestimating Clockw0rk, Drew barely plays this game anymore while Clockw0rk has stepped up his game a lot. I'll be surprised to see Clockw0rk lose to Drew.

Clockw0rk is very good and precise with his characters, especially his strider hands down best strider in UMVC3 but for some reason Clock just doesn't do as good as you would think, idk if he's going to win but I'll be rooting for him.

Drew is VERY solid and he uses Vergil/Strider. That is enough for me right there. I honestly want Cl0ck to win, though. Drew my dog, but for some reason I still like to see the Marvel 2 Gods handlin business here, too.
