NetherRealm Studios working on another character reveal for Injustice, will not do more DLC for Mortal Kombat 9

Hawkgirl would be amazing indeed. I'd like to see how a winged character would translate into their game.

Of course their done with MK9, especially when the "Komplete edition" of the game was out. They will just make MK10 based on how the cliffhanger of MK9 left off. Hawkgirl would be a great Addition and also fills the Vagina Quota for the roster

Was kind of hoping for Mortal Kombat 9 Season 2 pass with more characters, MK Arenas, alt skin packs - and Jason Voorhees to go with my Freddy Krueger.

I think that MK9 had "enough support" from NetherRealms. The game has every character that has been featured in UMK3, plus 5 new ones (Quan Chi, Kenshi, Skarlett, Cyber Sub-Zero and Krueger). Furthermore, the Kollector's edition has all 4 DLC characters added and installed on the disc, which is a pretty good deal.

DC Comics aren't short on heroes and villains to pick for Injustice: Captain Marvel (returning from MK vs DCU), Hawkgirl, Robin (Tim Drake), Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy (so sue me for asking for the rest of the Teen Titans), Static Shock, Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, Black Canary, Zatanna, Vixen, Fire & Ice, Blue Beetle, Lex Luthor (returning from MK vs DCU), Cheetah, Sinestro, Gorilla Grodd, Merlyn and many more could be selected.

Yeah, Quan Chi and Harley were going to be dlc. I believe Ed Boon posted renders for them a couple years ago in twitter.
And well, Catwoman is in the game, so I don't mind any other character they decide to add. Day one buy from me. :)

I'd like Carter over Shiyera due to the power set given to him in Savage Hawkman.

Also keep static away from this, his comic series was cancelled for a reason (it sucked) and only in the hands of Dwayne was he awesome.

We haven't even seen Joker or Green Lantern Gameplay yet. Those guys I'm in based on Box art. I would be interested in seeing Hawkgirl over Black Canary. I think she would be too much Sindel from MK. I have not played Much MK because of the awkwardness of the jerky movement and of course the block mechanic. It's nice to see that the block button is removed. This game looks interesting although still reminds me of MK and I wasn't a fan.

I know, I know, Same game designer etc. Love comic character fighters. I'm still hesitant to buy without a demo. Playstation alstars was a let down. I bought it without playing a demo but didn't like it. Couldn't return it at full price.

I really jus recommended them because I want him to put in characters we don't expect to be in like Joker Batman,Superman,etc.,bring a lost character in is what I'm asking

Every time I see one of these threads I get juiced, then I go into the comments and see nothing but doodoo characters getting requested and everyone getting stoked on how lame DC is (nvm the MK aspect--it is what it is).

Maybe I'm just biased, but most DC characters outside of JLA (save for a few villains like LOBO and Darkseid, maybe even Nekron) are outdated and lame as hell. I'm not saying Marvel is perfect, but they are 10000x better at picking characters for major games. Not to mention their female characters don't blow (for the most part).

Power Girl, Animal Man (New52), and for a twist... Penguin! Mr Freeze would be better though

Ill get the game and play casually, maining Harley Quinn.

If Martian Manhunter makes it in, ill take the game seriously.

If Hawkgirl makes it in, I WILL MAIN THE HELL OUT OF THIS GAME.

@5 Ill take a large mace over martial arts any day. Also Redheads>Blondes. Also Canary would prob have more rehashed animations (Sindel) that would just make haters complain more.

Am I the only one who thinks Aquaman would be pretty fun? I have no idea how he'd work but it's still an idea. Plus, he is a well-known character.

As it stands, I know I'm getting this. Batman, Nightwing and Green Arrow are in it and those were my favorites. Other characters I'd like to see in would be Darkseid, Brainiac, Raven, Dr. Fate or Zatanna. If another Bat-character had to be added (let's hope not)I'd hope for the Riddler. Just because.

Dream (from Sandman) or Rorschach would be cool but since this is dealing with the more modern, canon DC Universe, they probably won't happen.

#16 are you blind'? DC is known for writing strong female characters. Marvel has been criticized for its portrayal of women for years. DC had Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Huntress, Powergirl, Supergirl, and Batwoman solos on the shelves at the same time where Marvel just had a bunch of tie-in one-shots for only a few of their chicks. Besides, most of Marvels most well known chicks are from the X-Men.

DC consistently puts out the better animation and don't try to change their characters due to the success of the media related content they inspired. The New 52 was a smashing success whereas Marvel Now seems to be handled by a bunch of airheads.

#16 HAHAH!! This guy.. I completely argee with (#38) you are blind and have you played MvC3 they got a ton of crappy Marvel characters in there.. and what Major Games? They don't really have any MAJOR games... come and see me when a Marvel game get's a bunch of 10/10's and a 6/5.. PEACE!! XD
