In preparation for the Street Fighter X Tekken 2013 update coming to consoles later this month, KS|JiBbo put together a very comprehensive tutorial that touches on a ton of different subjects. If you're looking to get back into this game or pick it up for the first time before the patch, this video covers the fundamentals of Street Fighter X Tekken and teaches how to make specific adjustments in order to improve your skill.

After the jump you can check out a ton of high level Street Fighter X Tekken match replays from Ssf4evo featuring such players as Combofiend, Wolfkrone, KS|JiBbo, PXG|IkeTakeda and many others.

Can you guys like me a similar teaching long videos but for SFIV? Some of my friends bought the game because of me and I have literally many years adventige compared to them, and even if I think I'm a good teacher they'll need videos like this.

@8 and SSF4 AE2012 and MVC2 are way better games than UMVC3. Derp. How was that relevant to the subject? It wasn't.

Anyways, good beginner to intermediate stuff. Hopefully people can get into the game and not drop it too fast because SFxT is bit less autopilot and dumbed down than SF4. There's a lot of beatdowns ahead.

Chains were good for beginners and obviously way too much so for better players. Now that they are taken away, I am eager to see how much different people will try to play this game.

Is it just me or on the first video there is almost no time out? BTW JiBbo is really strong, at least on the first video.

I finally made one of these videos! Too bad its against Hiro
Sensei and then Wolfkrone. Not my best work. lol

And JiBbo is really good at maximizing damage with his Sagat/Jin team. Seriously like 2 combos and you're about dead. I've played him a number of times and his combos hit hard as hell.

@6, SF4 is such an old game with little left to discover. Why not have them get into SFxTK?!

@16 you couldn't be more wrong! There is still new tech coming out in that game. Some of this was even noted at the capcom 25th anniv. event. lot's of the top players are stil coming out with things other's haven't even seen, Diago and infiltration are good example of that. You need to crawl out of that hole you've been hiding in, it's a far better balanced game IMO with lots more to learn and give.

@17

While i do agree that there are still new things being discovered in SF4, i wouldn't go as far to say it has "lots more to learn and give." People have barely scratched the surface with this game yet.

Wish I could Do Sagot's fake Roundhouse once In my Life. I stopped shortly Before 8 Minutes on Vid. I Usually just Beat up Ogre & Akuma in Mission mode too Test stuff, See how Good I am with Chars, etc. It really teaches You Too hit-confirm & Respect Your opponent. Also Along with The occasional beatings' & Emotions all Leading' up Too this. It's all - About goin' Ham in my opinion.
