Felineki: To clarify, some of the specific things that have been mentioned with regards to Vampire Hunter [Night Warrirors] are that Huitzil's jumping medium punch doesn't trip standing opponents (which it does in the 950302 version), and that if timed just right Bishamon is able to use his sword pull when the sword throw is blocked.
Combofiend: Hey guys, quick update; our developers in Japan recently tested out the some of the specifics mentioned in the thread, and their findings were:
• Huitzil's j.mp does knockdown standing opponents
• Bishamon can pull blocking opponents to him from the right distance
• When a character is in Rikuo's bubble, it's not possible to perform the Sonic Wave or Poison Breath. They won't come out.
Maybe the version that was playtested wasn't the final digital release version, which could of resulted in some of the specifics above working differently.
Hope this helps in alleviating the fears out there.
Additionally, Capcom has released a sample of the Darkstalkers Resurrection original sound track.

Totally read that in Combofiends gumpy voice. Haha, much love Combofiend!
Dubstep may be popular, and sometimes it isn't completely terrible....but this is not the music I want to play fighting games to. It just doesn't set the mood for a battle, nor does it put me in the mood to kick ass. The only ass it makes me want to kick is that of the idiot DJ who slapped it all together.
@13,
Then what were the complaining people talking about? So player found problems become irrelevant once Capcom says otherwise? As a large company like Capcom, you need to do more than just say,"you're wrong". You need to explain and show them. If a lot of people are seeing the same errors, then maybe Capcom should release a video explaining the issue.
Now take this OST sample, stay hyped and stop tier whining says Capcom.
@16
Clearly you must of missed the part where Combofiend stated that "our
developers in Japan recently tested out
the some of the specifics mentioned in this thread" meaning they didn't just say "oh no you're guys are all wrong" it means that they went back and actually tested it themselves. and like he stated before, maybe they were playing a previous unfinished version of the game. Did you read and UNDERSTAND the entire statement???
I have loved Darkstalkers' soundtrack since the beginning, so I'm enjoying the OST remixes, and the samples they gave here...
But I still hope that they snuck in the code from the Saturn version of Night Warriors, so we can customize stages and soundtracks from Darkstalkers 1 for Night Warriors -- as personally, I liked Darkstalkers 1 soundtrack more; was a neat feature for the Saturn version, so here's crossing the fingers they hid it in there.
It's very possible the game got some DIP Switch mode or option to select which release version to play of the 2 games.
yea the art is pretty goddamn amazing, link before for anyone who wants it
Most of the songs did not sound altered to me after the Demitri remix...really hope they keep the dub-step bull down. I do not need that nor constant rap in all of my remakes Capcom.
IntialR: Agreed this was an unneeded Capcom bash by some of the posters. Obviously they did not read what the statements said at the top and just skimmed the information and paraphrased.
None of the music fits the old school look of the game at all. I'll stick to the original OST.
