Development and support from SuperBot Entertainment on PlayStation All-Stars is nearly wrapped, 'We've got All-Stars you haven't seen yet'

Development and support from SuperBot Entertainment on PlayStation All-Stars is nearly wrapped, 'We've got All-Stars you haven't seen yet' Last week, Sony announced they were cutting ties with PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale developers SuperBot Entertainment. This has since left many fans questioning if they would potentially see more DLC.

In response to a question on their Facebook, Superbot noted they are "nearly wrapped" but they are still doing some testing.

Our development and support on All-Stars is nearly wrapped, but due to lag time for localization and testing, etc., the last of our work won't see its release for several more weeks. From then on out, further support will be handled by Sony's Santa Monica Studio.

Additionally, they noted that they have more All-Stars that we have not seen yet and that more details will be coming in March.

Cool, can't wait to see who they have prepped up for this game. Just glad it's still getting support, I really hope this means Abe wasn't really cancelled. Since I would love to see him in this game and it would be pretty interesting to see how he plays.

Yeah, I'm happy to hear the game is still getting some support. I was really bummed out with the earlier news.

Glad to hear that the game will still be supported, and I hope that Kat and Emmett cleared their minds on whether or not the game was supported, because a lot of people were waiting for new characters.

Sony still has a lot of 1st-party characters they could add in this game, so I hoe that they'll support it more. Now, if we could only get these...

Ico vs Wander (Shadow of the Colossus)
Arc (Arc the Lad) vs Leonard (White Knight Chronicles)
Vahn (Legend of Legaia) vs Dart (Legend of Dragoon)
Rau Utu (Mark of Kri) vs Toan (Dark Cloud)
Finn (Sorcery) vs Ellen (Folklore)
Jaster Rogue (Rogue Galaxy) vs Rudy Roughnight (Wild Arms)
Jen (Primal) vs Lazarus Jones and Astral (Ghosthunter)
Rohn (Lair) vs Rynn (Drakan)
Sgt. Nathan Hale (Resistance) vs Joel and Ellie (The Last of Us)
Ultra-V (War of the Monsters) vs Blasto
Kurato (Puppeteer) vs Mister Mosquito
EverQuest's poster girl vs Main villain from Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

(I've paired them with possible rivalries, since it's likely that we'll get 2 characters per package)

There are also these:
Crash Bandicoot vs Spyro the Dragon (twist Activision's greedy arm until it snaps if necessary)

But 1st-parties are much easier to obtain.
