You can tag cancel all command throws but only on 1-frame. I've been trying to do it with Nina for a really ambiguous reset. :(
I tag canceled Nina's command throw week one, but I thought it was a glitch and I didn't explore it further.
Now I will. The truth is out there.
Yeah, you can tag cancel on the first frame of a command grab. Some of them you can followup on like Marduk's EX anti-air one (Ryu can charge a super that'll connect full screen). I think you could also tag cancel regular throws, but they might've taken it out. You used to be able to do a full combo after doing that from Rufus' throw I think.

imagine in the summer if they release arcade edition of this game with 12 more characters... IMAGINE THAT! why would they be doing a character poll now if they were scheming something. Oh well ill still buy it :P

@Number 5, Asuka's throw tag cancel was in the combo started at about 21:35. pretty sick.
As it's already been mentioned, command throw tag cancels aren't a new thing; Marduk players in particular have been doing them for a while. They just have limited usage except for certain characters and team setups. They are good for mix-ups and nasty follow ups if you can get the very strict timing down though.

Combofiend already said that the character poll is to gauge what characters people would want to see in FUTURE titles. You're not getting another 12 characters in SFxT. There's enough as it is, and too many of them are not being explored enough.

I agree, Ogre is one of those characters that is actually pretty nasty but there aren't many people playing him yet.
@ 21 and 23, Iv been playing ogre, with the specific intention to use him as a footsie based character, with some rushdown if its legit, but trying to make sure I stay away from doing gimmicky things, up toward lk strings, random owl hunts, dp mashing, all that stuff, and abusing his cr.hk anti-air cadc, cr.mp is insane, because you can do indigo punch and be plus, easy switchouts with cr.mk blazing kick, overall hes really good at zoning, and when I'v done well (only been using him for like 2 days) its gone really well against people who are quite high level. Hey did anyone know ogre had like 460-500 damage corner combo's now? meterless solo? I did standing hk owl hunt hk cadc hk owl hunt indigo punch and it did like 460, 500 off a jump in, meterless, its crazy. Also if anyone whos interested in ogre listens to this don't spam his cr.lk mk mk string, its scrubby, do hit-confirms into owl hunt you get so much more juggle potential and damage.
