EVO: A Documentary - Follows the experiences of an average player from a small town through EVO 2011

EVO: A Documentary is a short film that follows "Akka", an average player from a small town, through his experience at his first EVO in 2011. The documentary aims to depict what the average person can expect from attending EVO, and how meaningful the event can become to them.

This documentary is over 40 minutes, and it explains some of the basics and hardcore aspects of fighting games.

E Dawg, That time of year was the worst I think I have ever been in any fighting game lol. I wonder how I'd do against him now days. Also, nice matches last night. I was able to watch your guys' Marvel.

Akka, just trollin'. Recon's gonna be here in a couple weeks with the rest of CO to most likely take all our money and I am sure he'd destroy me. Plus I have a habit of calling out people I have NO chance of beating. Hype is everything!

Glad you caught the stream! Good stuff making the front page and hope you can make it out to Invasion!

I've been contemplating whether or not I should go to EVO this year since I have just barely enough money to afford going. This video convinced me that I have to go, no matter what.
