Next Ultra Street Fighter 4 location test taking place early next month in Paris, France The most recent Ultra Street Fighter 4 location test took place at Capcom Cup last weekend, and I'll bet you're wondering when we'll see the upcoming update in action again. Well, Capcom is returning to Europe to hold their next loc test.

Capcom's own David "Dawgtanian" Hinds confirmed that Paris, France is Ultra Street Fighter 4's next destination. The location test will be taking place on January 4, 2014.

Check out all of the information below.

Address: 1 Rue Sainte-Opportune, Châtelet (Venue courtesy of Arcade Street)

Date: Saturday 4th January 2014

Time: 10:00am - 23:00pm

Format: 10x Xbox 360 version (Please bring your own Stick/Pad)

Note: There is only space for approximately 80 people at any one time, first come, first served!

David went on to mention that he has a couple of USF4 events planned for the UK, and he will divulge information on them early next year.

Considering Capcom has ran a live stream for all of the previous location tests, we very well may see much more USF4 footage coming from the next one.

I don't believe ANY other company has EVER reached out to their fan base like this. At least not for a fighting game.

The community involvement is unprecedented.

Truly a historical time for the SF franchise. And a big thumbs up to Capcom!

The most recent Ultra Street Fighter 4 location test well, is actually taking place now in Singapore.

I saw the change list and it have some new interesting stuffs on it which I don't know I can share or not. It is not officially posted, maybe because it is not suppose to.

One interesting thing I saw is Hugo have an infinite! It will be gone soon though.

How did they drop the ball at Capcom Cup? The lines were extremely long even during AE and UMVC3. It took a long time to even get a chance to play. I'm sure they did what they could.

They haven't stopped people from sharing them previously. They just wont post the change list THEMSELVES due to possible backlash from the community.

I guess Hugo just walked in on Poison in the shower....

Aluppoj said on December 21, 2013 at 7:36 a.m.

That must've been a HUGE undertaking with all that content to balance :P. I jest.

But no, they did something similar. But not nearly this in depth.

And lets see if they're still doing it when that game is five years old.

No offense to KI, but I doubt anyone will still be playing it.

Who knows what we'll be doing in 5 years. No one knows how to milk a franchise like Capcom obviously so SF4 might still be going with no sign of SF5 to be seen. I still enjoy watching SF4 at tournaments so that would be fine with me.

And no, DH didn't have a huge amount of content or time to do things on the scale that Capcom is doing but you have to give them credit for getting input and listening to it in a way that hadn't been done before. I'd say if anything Capcom probably took a few notes from them on that.

TwoDogKnight said on December 21, 2013 at 8:57 a.m.

yeah, I loled

#30
Aluppoj said on December 21, 2013 at 9:13 a.m.

@29

Took a few notes, and upped the anti.

I didn't say No company had ever reached out to the community. NRS also reached out with Injustice.

Plenty of good devs out there. Including DH. But Capcom deserves their due for taking 'involving us' to a New level.

That's all I'm saying.

TwoDogKnight said on December 21, 2013 at 9:27 a.m.
