Update: Blazblue Chrono Phantasma: Bullet and Relius loketest footage along with Azrael's Astral Heat

Update: Hyuuga2109 and KyushuFGC have uploaded two important pieces of Blazblue Chrono Phantasma footage. The first is an Astral Heat demonstration for one of the three new characters, Azrael. It appears with this cinematic that Azrael may be a villain in the main storyline of Blazblue, or that he merely enjoys punching others.

The next video shows a loketest match between new character Bullet and Relius. The power of these characters seems yet to be determined in a game that is said to be given a clean slate in regards to updated mechanics.

Little note about Azrael:

He's a berserker working for Sector Seven as their top enforcer. Because he attacks friend and foe and to make the fights longer, he limits his power.

Except CS2 was free and MS made it too expensive to release Extend as downloadable content, thus forcing them tog o with a cheaper disc based relase. Still 2 years between disc releases and they have balance patch, worthwhile story modes, actually take time to update combo challenges with useful combos to learn from, and tonnes of new modes and onlien functionality.

In comparison, 8 months later MvC3 had an update and didnt even give you all the cahracters from MvC3, making you buy a new disc AND dlc to get the same game repackaged. Still with crappy support, no patches, and no new content outside of an uglier HUD and couple crappy characters at the bottom of the tier lists and vergil, a dante clone. Amazing. Bravo Capcom.

@7 - "no new content outside of an uglier HUD and couple crappy characters at the bottom of the tier lists and vergil, a dante clone. Amazing. Bravo Capcom."

I'm a casual MvC3 guy at best and even I have no idea what you're on about.

Anyway, as to the vids above, Bullet might be my reason to really play BBCP. Waiting to see if Lamba-11's playstyle returns somehow or a new Murakamo (sp) unit takes her place but has the same playstyle, and then I'll have three characters I'd be interested in investing in (Bullet, L-11 "replacement", Platinum).

Nothing in stone yet, but keeping an eye on this.
