It'll be darkstalkers. Though of course they're not going to make it unless you buy the HD remake...

Darkstalkers 4 will be the true gem of the show.

I really wish I could go there cause either way, it sounds like it's going to be a blast being there in person.

Given this is a 25th Anniversary of Street Fighter, I'd hope the special announcement is directly relevant to the series, and in the form of a SF4 update. The game deserves it!

Damn! I live near San Francisco and would love to go to this event, but I'll be on vacation in South Korea & the Philippines at that time. Oh well, look forward to any cool announcements and hope it's not just more of Ono teasing/trolling.

Street Fighter 5

Tekken-style graphics but with an added ink-filter.

Simplified controls (1 punch button, 1 kick button, 1 special button, 1 parry button)

Cast of only 16 characters but characters can be combined to make hybrid characters, making 120 combinations possible (I think, not good at math).

Super-advanced play-tracking system that makes a 9-point graph of your strengths and weaknesses.

Online modes outsourced to Namco to ensure lag-free experience.

Definitely not SF5 that's at least 4 or 5 years away.

I'm hoping for SSF4AEv2013, which will be free and with new features like Championship Mode Added.

Also hope that the 1000 people they let in are fans, and not just tourists looking for freebees. Fans create hype, tourists only create crowd.

That's a very good point about tourists, I agree fans should get this only.

Maybe a small test - If you can't do a FADC into combo / ultra you ain't getting you hands on the merchandise (this is probably not practical but hope there is some kind of measure to avoid non-fans getting this stuff).

New Alpha game showing Gouken & Akuma in there youth. So much new characters can be made maybe a young M.Bison(Dictator). Just keep it 2D, keep the whole old school vibe going.

Burlingame in San Mateo is not a tourist spot like San Francisco. I can assure you that there will be alot of NorCal FGC heads there considering how close a lot of them live by there.

Definitely going to try to make it out for the free schwag. Live close by too.

Please update AE to v.2013. The game deserves it. Fine tune all rooster. There are characters that need some help, yang, dudley, thowk, oni, e.ryu, guy, hakan, yun, juri, blanka, vega... This will be the best present to the sf 25th anniversary
