I already have a Hori VLX so I don't care about any of these releases I don't have a need to buy another arcade stick ever again.

As a pad player, I wish they would make a pad with analog sticks. Although I use the d-pad while playing, I use the analog for certains moves that I cant do with the d-pad e.g. Akuma's crossup fireball

What's the difference between the PRO and VS stick? Is it just the optional connection to another VS for the VS and what looks like a wider box? I have the original SF4 TE stick.

HORI is bringing the competetion now, fightpad - fighting commander 3 pro and great new HORI sticks as well. No free shipping makes it a no go. Free shipping then you have a deal.

As a pad player on PS3 I was pleased when they annonced they were bringing out a wired pad version (SFxT fightpad). Got it and was really disappionted (I bought all 4 actually). The buttons are poor but the d-pad is very very poor, it's unresponisve and diagonal inputs just don't work. Also much smaller and feels really cheap, the shoulder buttons are poor too. I thought this might just be the 1 I was using so I opened another, no same problem, then another, same.

I've got spare sealed original SF4 / SSf4 wireless fightpads, the old type, also the Hori Pro pad is really good too, probablly the best pad IMO.

My advice is too stay away from these cheap SFxT fightpads - They really are nasty horrible things. Get an original SF4 / SSF4 wireless pad or Hori Pro.
