Mortal Kombat 20th anniversary retrospective: Interviews with original devs and cast members

GameSpot has a pretty sweet retrospective on the Mortal Kombat franchise, in celebration of its 20th anniversary. They speak with the original developers of the game, including Ed Boon and John Tobias, along with some of the people who were cast as the fighters, like Daniel Pesina and Ho-Sung Pak.

It's a really awesome look back at this franchise, as you get to hear behind the scenes insights from key members of the MK team.

Great video and this really takes me back. While I'm a huge fan of SF, Tekken, etc. I can honestly say that the original Mortal Kombat is what got me into fighting games in the first place.

Nice video, not a fan of mortal kombat but definitely reminisce about the first two versions of the early 90's

seriously? karate champ was the inspiration for MK and not street fighter?

wow mk 1 - 3 were amazing, so sad they over did everything in mk9.. specially scorpions character design
