Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown pre-launch party by Level|Up stream archive featuring Fuudo and Chibita

Level|Up recently streamed the launch event for Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown. The game is being released on June 5th for PS3 and June 6th for Xbox 360.

RZR|Fuudo and Chibita are two amazing Virtua Fighter players and most of the replay consists of players attempting to defeat these strong fighters. Also there is a first-to-5 exhibition between RZR|Fuudo and Chibita that occurs at 2:14:00.

If you really want to get a feel for how Virtua Fighter 5 is played, then this stream archive is an excellent reference. If you want a YouTube version of the FT5 between Chibita and Fuudo, hit the jump.

Good s**t eventhubs for not promoting the stream when it was live if this was a capcom event you would have made sure to have it bumped up front page.

I gotten the chance to talk to some of the folks who participated at the tournament. Chibita and Fuudo were giving the American VF players a run for their money.

I also gotta admit that the US players did very well at the tournament. They knew their stuff real well.
