In all my time of playing fighting games, I've only had one rage quitter. And it was in Super Smash Bros Brawl of all games. Me and my friend were playing some matches, and I blew him up with my Toon Link. He raged quit, and now we don't talk anymore. Huzzah.
Capcom needs to give me the win if I'm winning when someone rage quits. If the person who rage quits actually has the advantage, make it a truce, but punish him with points or something. Also, MvC3's system of grouping rage quiters is brillant. The more you rage quit, the more likely you are to be matched against people like you.
I just rage quit, and I try really hard to win, and the person rage quits. So next match, I someone frustrates me, I do the same out of RAGE.

A lot of people haven't noticed that UMVC3 has a good way to identify people that quit a lot or have bogus win records.
On their License Card, look at the icon by their name.
Stars mean that they quit very rarely, if ever.
Circles mean that they're either neutral, or they break even with quits and actual finishes.
Skulls mean that they quit a lot.
Does anyone else feel like someone that taunted at the end of match is disrespectful. Cause ill do it in middle or maybe just a the end it depends. But i mean if your there lying unconscious then i guess you don't have a say in the matter take the pinch salt and enjoy the lesson you learned.
oh and nice lil episode by the way. i barely ever bother to watch these but i saw the topic and wondered what his take on such commonplace actions.
I wish there would be coming new characters as dlc.. Not likely though. Too bad, would've LOVED to see the Silver Surfer make a first appearance!
I wish it was more like street fighter when it comes to a victory. When you win there isn't any time to taunt or dance around. I'm not going to lie. I'm very competitive and when people do that to me when the win I get very pissed. Expecially when I win 9 times and sit still after each win and they win 1 time and teabag me then leave. Soooo Salty!

I would love if someone taunt me especially in a good match. I dont feel hate i feel ok he taunted me now i gotta come back even harder so that i get to taunt. I played some matches were i taunt after the first kill then if that person kills one of my characters they may teabag or taunt me back.
I just do/dont get how someone could feel sad/angry after a taunt. Its jsut a personalized action in a fighting game. you might as well take out intro and win quotes and win poses.
When i play capt. in umvc3 he says "I've been in more wars then you can count" bet you dont feel like punk(instead of a completely more harmful word). No you accept it. Askin to taunt in the middle of a match is like asking for a free combo.
Never seen a real life fight and someone goes YEAH B****? Bet noone goes "Why'd you do that"

I like to run Hsien-Ko(on point), wolvie and akuma and id like to think im a decent player, however when i was in the 6th and 5th rank, i ran into a lot of people with "high" win ratios, some where legitimately good, others not so much, and it was these guys that while i found their record intimidating, i was not impressed by their performance and ive had a few situation where ive come back with or without x-factor or even perfected someone but as im about to finish the match it suddenly disconnects. Part of me feels good that i was able to make someone ragequit, but at the same time i feel kinda cheated after kicking their butt with lil hsien-ko. oh well...
