I'm going with M. Bison obviously, Jin, Elena,Cody, Jack, and Leo.
Or better yet just the 4 leaks we saw already being M. Bison, Jin, Ogre, and Akuma, but I it would seem ideal to show the boss characters like Ogre and Akuma last.

Pretty funny, but it isn't trolling. When Ono posted a picture of Chun on fire and was really vague and was like WHO COULD IT BE? that was trolling. Virtually everything else, has been more like teasing and giving us more info than 99% of game devs ever would. And putting a light-hearted character like Pac-Man or Mega Man into an already rather silly game (it's a crossover, and crossover by their nature are full in-jokes and stuff like that), not a troll.
Anyway I cannot wait to see Elena if that's really the deal.

Bison has been confirmed for quite sometime now thanks to a screen shot. I'm pretty much set that that leaked list is the real deal at this point and I am satisfied with it. Hope the game does well.
