A new reality TV show titled Cross Assault was announced the other day, and already several members of the fighting game community have posted their submissions. Here's a roundup of some of the videos that were posted, feel free to add yours in the comments below.

Seems like theres alot of people lobbying for the Street Fighter team. Where are all the Tekken heads at?

The caveat is that SFxT is mostly a Street Fighter game than it is a Tekken game. So a lot of the SF players would have more of an advantage. I think it would be better to find players for Team Tekken that play both series.

I would like to see renic get in. Xian had an awesome video as well and JWong was a bit funny and really used his history, which is acceptable. I thought this competition was going to be around the lower players, people who enter local tournaments, like that, but I also like the idea of putting in the pro players to show off both Tekken and SF at it's highest caliber.

My vote is going for XIAN.I think he's underrated and he deserves to go. Out of the 3 that I've seen (Renic, Xian, JWong), Xian looks like he put the most work into his submission.

@19 Because he's already a pro and all over the place when it comes to fighters and gets enough special treatment. He's already a face in the scene. This is a chance for a relative unknown to become known in the scene. Give some unknowns with actually interesting personalities a chance.

@23 He's just showing that even though he didn't win he participated in one of the most famous matches in fighting game history. Which is a good reason to pick him if they want people to watch this thing.

Thoughts on a few quick Draft Picks. I think there should be at least 1 female competitor on each team to diversify the roster, 1 wild card per team, and the remainder pros. Sadly, I don't know too many Tekken players...

I hope Wong doesn't win he has the personality of a bar of soap, Xian should have a spot for sure mainly because I give him about 10 minutes of practice and he'll be better then Wong at any game he plays.

Lol Jwong's entry is kind of strange. Some great MARVEL clips and the only Street Fighter clip is him getting posterized by Daigo. He'll still get in though of course.
