Yeah it's safe. But he could have EX Soul Punch or just blocked. That's why I was confused why it hit him so much lol And he's blocked it before in previous matches

I always respect good play. I see a lot of randomness in Ranked which frustrates me. I love a good match. Though, if they show me on some later matches I'm gonna be salty because I was not having a good SF day lol
