Hishou Sagat vs. Toruneko Rufus at A-cho with extra gameplay

It takes a really skilled Sagat to be able to zone that well though.

I'm just curious why Rufus doesn't use Ultra 2.

Isn't the entire purpose of it to counter fireball users?

Using ultras like that at high level play usually don't work and result in getting punished it's also easy to read when you're trying to bait them into throwing a fireball, so they just stop doing it. Even if it means getting in easier, Sagat still has tools to stop jump ins and general rushdown so it's not like he can't do anything when he's not throwing fireballs at you.

That Rufus is straight boosting at the ten minute mark...

maybe not rufus's ultra but that cammy used U1 to punish projectiles like a boss

hes not boosting. Hishou's card didnt register, so hishou had him kill of the character as he only wants to play under his card. same thing happened to FAX Gimito in that 30 vs 30 match that was streamed last year

vs NO CARD you only get 4-5 points anyway as opposed to 20-150 or so vs card peepz.

That crouching HP at the 33 second mark that goes under the high tiger shot. I didn't even know that you could do that. Sexy stuff.

That said, I feel like Ricky and JWong are better Rufus players. Japan has better overall player base but I think that America def better with Rufus and C Viper (but not by much)
