Film producers Blue Core Studios have released a new scripted fight on ScrewAttack yesterday evening.Submitted by JayFiend138.
Gee, I wish they would put in that move in AE 2012 where you could punch a fireball with Cammy. That would make my life easier in the fireball wars.
i cant tell wether this is good or bad, the diaologue is good, but the fight scene...not to pare in my opinion. im curiouse to see what the people say about this :/
The fighting is HORRIBLE!
The little sister of my best friend can throw sharper kicks and sharper punches than those two. And she's 11... (Okay, she got a green belt in kick boxing but anyway).
Why those Street Fighter Movie producer never actually got the vibe of a real Street Fight?
They're quick, hard, and one fighter get's hurt really quick.
In most movies they throw punches and kicks like they're not even considering they're stamina nor do they get scratches, nor do they sweat.
It's really a pain in the ass to see such bad Cammy AND Chun Li acting and then, the fighting is even worse.
I agree the fighting is sub-par, and the editing is partly to blame. Good effects and script, though.
But no, this is not better than any of the Street Fighter movies. The two earlier fan-films were great.
I'd rather see the Ken Masters vs. Sagat fight. That fireball was the only good part of this video.
The Asian girl looked like a dude at times. Should've gotten a more slender and feminine girl to play as chunli.
LMAO ! Shoutouts to Dan Hibiki ^__^ ...but yea acting was alright Chun Li looks weird with the outfit (the outfits fault and her body shape..) and the terrible kicking...i mean at least get someone to play her that can kick ITS CHUN LI maybe it was the editing but whatever woulda liked to see Cammy actually do a special move besides punch a fireball..
I thought they were about to have a homo moment at first. smh This was lame.
lol at all of the negative comments.
At least their costumes looked like the SF ones.
Which is better than what hollywood would do.
The sound, cinema and effects were OK.
Better choreography for the fights would be appreciated.
Think Iron Monkey
Cammy = Great
Chun-Li = Great
Chun-Li Costume = Eh
It was way too puffy and not tailored to actually "fit" the actress.
Okay, the fight scene was really lackluster. It was good, but the movements were really sluggish and didn't really leave an "impact" like I was watching a fight.
Music was great, but the fight scene made it awkward.
6/10: Beautiful ladies, great dialogue, but lacked where it mattered most.
I would love to see some more dynamic camera angles and more polished movements for a better experience for hand to hand fighting, but the flips were good.
Overall: Kudos to the ladies.
The fight cinematography was limp at best. A decent effort I suppose, but not great.
Cammpy's accent was awesome. I'd date her so hard and marry the sh*t out of her!
The video sucked though haha.
That wasn't even very true to their characters. It seemed like what someone would expect of two female fighters in a game (the whole cliche catty little comments before the 'lets just go right now'). While this is true for most fighting game female characters (having a female rival) these two seem to get along fine. But oh well. Fan made and the special effects were good.
I liked it! I just found that the special effects didn't pack a punch and the voice over for the announcer wasn't very convincing. It's a start and I don't mean that negatively. The bar has been set so high by Thousand Pounds (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8K-F4e...).
what a horrible video I couldn't even watch it all the way lol
Well, it was better than the Chun-Li Street Fighter movie. I'm guessing they got models or dancers to get the look for the ladies, and we all expected good fighting. Guess I'll go to "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" to get my 'women kicking #*$' fix.
@Grubba
BTW isn't Cammy supposed to be like 100 pounds or something?
chun-li legs was too short and was too stiff in the costume. Cammy was perfect. too much blocking though. I respect it though, it was creative with what they did with the training area and all that. way to represent street fighter :) *thumb up
This left me speechless.
Not sure if it's a good or a bad thing.
