im going to guess X's Urien is actually RX? if so Catalyst i think you should fix that. a lot of people here are probably looking for RX and Kuroda.

Why did you link a medicore UMVC3 match in a high level japanese 3s tournament stream?

Double post :(

you know I have to admit that I am really sad they don't host anything like this in the U.S I know that the scene is pretty small but still that would be cool to have a huge 3s tourney though :(

This is such a Godlike game. Almost 15 years in and it still hasn't been perfected. Kuroda has come the closest though. Sad it's not being played as much anymore. This is a game of pure skill. Basically in sf4 you can luck out wins consistently. Almost impossible in 3s if the opponent is too superior.

@ 18

The arcade scene is still big in Japan. This is one of the reasons a lot of games we stopped playing (or aren't as relevant as before) are still going strong in other countries. Our last biggest tourney that resembled this was the last tournament for MvC2. Also, SBO keeps 3S going strong. For some of the US, 3S is "been there, played that". Plus, a lot of America's killers aren't playing the game anymore. And with KOF, SFIV2012, UMvC3, and possibly Skullgirls, there's just not enough eyes or interest in a highly technical decade old game. Emphasis on "not enough".

@aresenballz

Stay salty bro. I would be mad too if I played
Super Mash Fighter IV, switched to 3s and got bodied when I tried to churn butter and it failed me. Shoutouts to 10-frame reversal windows and easy inputs making scrubs feel entitled.

Stay scrubby kid :) .

Deshiken is so godlike, no doubt he's the best Ken player. RX team couldn't make top 16 is dissapointed.

@arsenballz

I play Dudley in 3s kthxbai. Also, the current players are playing SF4 because it's where the money is at. Their preference for video games doesn't matter when one game isn't going to give you money.

I am upset that I couldn't stay up late enough to see the top 16 live. Those teams were absolutely nuts.

@#25 ignorance is bliss, thats all i gotta say.

Funny how since AE came out mostly the new school SF ppl say Yang is so gdlk and since then they say Yang is too good, even in 3S...

Im not saying ur new to 3S or started SF WITH SFIV in general or anything,im just sayin...

Yang is the one combo wonder, but that damn combo is amazing. EX Torouzan is godlike in 3s.
