Poll for Street Fighter Monopoly in game mini-sculputres

Brelston tossed up a blog on Capcom-Unity with a poll for the new Street Fighter Monopoly game.

USAopoly recently announced a special Street Fighter edition of its venerable Monopoly board game. While custom art and clever SF shout-outs are indeed a welcome addition, the best part about this crossover is the fact YOU get to choose the tokens that'll ship with the finished version!

Vote in this poll from now until Monday March 5 and whittle this list of 12 down to six - winners will be made it actual mini-sculptures used in the game! If only we could put Zangief riding inside the shoe...

There is a pretty big selection of characters to choose from Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Blank, E. Honda, Zangief, Dhalsim, Balrog, Vega, Sagat and M. Bison.

If I was forced to pick one, it would have to be Chun-Li, since a pewter cast of her would be cool. Although I won't be playing this; I am really not a fan of Monopoly.

Voted for Dictator not because I play him, I've never played him, but when I casted my vote I thought about the very first time I played Street Fighter 2 and the two character designs I was dazzled by were Blanka and Bison. It's funny because now I stay away from charge characters as far as possible.

I hate monopoly but of course I love SF, I will get this game for shiz.

And everybody stop whining, Just because your favorite character won't be made into a player piece doesn't mean they won't be in the game at all. They already said Makoto and her dojo will be a property in the game. Grow the hell up people.

I'm a sucker for useless crap like this. I'm going to get it!

Had me thinking what they could do with it. Instead of Water Works and Electricity company, they could have Barrel Factory and Car Park..!

If they put some real thought into this it could be pretty good. I'm not familiar with every street fighter game tho so I won't recognise every reference, but it is a big board. Hopefully they come up with some creative "chance" and "community chest" ideas
