What is the '3 button tech' that Xian talks about in the guile match? Is that some form of late teching? How do you do it? any one know?

He's just talking about teching with medium punch. And the late tech is simply referring to slightly waiting between presses instead of just mashing out tech. Mashing out the tech could just cause the normal to come out and whiff while they throw you.

Nice, I liked seeing the Gen vs Guile match(lol 7-3, sounds right to me). Xian looks like he is improving(at least from previous CC Asia), <3 Gen.
