Interviews with Starnab and Tokido at DUC 2k12

MCZ|Tokido and Starnab were interviewed by Versus-ism's bushin187 after their attendance at DUC 2k12.

Tokido answers questions relating to Akuma's tier placing, AE 2012's top four characters, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Street Fighter X Tekken. Starnab answers questions in a similar vein but more related to the tournament itself. Hit the jump to see Starnab's interview.

tokido's english always surprises me lol. he needs two nicknames, one for when playing (murderface) and one for every other time, since he seems the exact opposite of a murder face here haha

@2: He always seems like a nice guy which makes all those stupid comments about his performance during DUC so much more pathetic. Hating on a guy because he doesn’t play as consistently as, say, Latif or Kazunoko? That’s poor, really, really poor.

I think it’s great that he’s not a machine bodying anyone in his path but travels to lots of tournaments nonetheless. I expect lots of people at DUC enjoyed seeing and playing one of the mighty japanese players and maybe even learning from him.

@#16 Yeah I don't really understand. He said Daigo didn't know about the low forward change but he also said it was the reason he changed back to Ryu..
I do remember it was a late change though, so maybe Daigo didn't know about it until 2012 was released and he tried Ryu again?
