Bad by who's standards though? Just because people don't enjoy watching it in its current state doesn't make it a bad game.

The competitive community is a small part of a big picture. SFXT is actually an above average fighting game, where something like Clay Fighter should be considered bad.

Eventhubs got me an IFC Yipes set for Christmas! This is so embarrassing...I didn't get ANYTHING for them!

Already calling it i got the best gief in SFxT. Also the best Law and Steve. Followed by the best jack and sakura when i get DLC.

I talked a lot of $#!+ too about SFxT so I could secretly play it in the background knowing these changes would come... can't get behind in the game ;P

I like DMG and I'm a Sanford fan, but I cannot watch them play SFxT. Making Bison look week 1 out there. That Sagat combo by Lionheart in the beginning lets me know he doesn't play the game. He doesn't even know the juggle properties. I hope Sanford picks it up for real and actually takes it serious.

1. YES the game is bad in its current state, not cuz top players said so, cuz it is!...... Cuz guess what? Top players think KoF is great yet I don't see anyone jumping all over that game

2. If capcom disagreed they wouldn't be making these changes,especially for FREE!

3. These changes are astronomical it should make it almost a completely different game so chances are people will be what I hope to saying and that "dam kudos to capcom ,cuz this game was ass, but they made it right. Now it's a fun game"

You said it best. The only thing worse than people who talk crap about SFxT are the people who support the game. Hard to argue that the game is good when the whole thing is being revamped. I never liked SFxT after giving it a few months. Now that the update is coming, we all need to give it another chance. It was supposed to be a dream crossover.
It'll be hilarious if the game still sucks after the update.

whatever. call it what you want. all three of you were probably the same people who were judging vanilla mvc3 when it came out comparing it to mvc2 and then jumped on the bandwagon when the TAC infinites were discovered in umvc3. get mad kids cause you know its the truth.

We are talking about VIDEO GAMES where the most important thing is how much joy you get when INTERACTING with it!!!!!!...

Right now SFxT is NOT fun to pay,..but since they are fixing it for free, so there is hope that the game I paid $60 for can now be fun....and if it is, it is!,....not because it's the "cool" thing to do..... Once again "eventscrubs" strike!!

You seem to have this idea that there aren't legitimate people who don't like this game. I came to the conclusion that SFxT was bad ON LAUNCH DAY and quit playing a month after. That's after doing everything on it including: getting to ranks, trials, competing in a tournament, watching overseas tournaments and some other stuff. It sucks. It's a bad game. Don't care if [insert USA player] think this game is good. To me it's not, it's crap and those people see something in that game that I don't (Which I don't have a problem with).

I stick by that this game sucks BUT, once version2013 is released I'll give it another try and see what the changes are, how the game plays and if it has been improved on. You and BloodBurger acting superior doesn't help your cause. Yes, once V.2013 comes out there will be people playing it and I guarantee there will be some who start taking it seriously. I could be one, but I don't see v.2012 saving this game, but I have to give it try. Not everyone bandwagons.

Also, I consider UMvC3 to be a crap game/wasted potential.

I enjoy SFxT, but be real the game has issues. Timer, throws, super animations killing time, select gems, jabs, pandora mode. 2013 is changing this stuff and I hope it brings new life to the game so that more people will get into it.

Yo Dunn Deal. It's WLA Tha Guyver dude and I gotta say something lol. You're my boy and all but i gotta be honest and well, the game is not as good as you're making it seem. That is why it is getting a complete overhaul! You know me I tried to play that game for a long time and just didn't like it. I even payed for the new characters for me and Static but the game still needed a LOT of work. This from a person who gave it a try and didn't like it. Your whole vanilla Marvel thing is silly because I've played MvC3 since day one and it's a great game regardless. It has silly stuff but that's ANY game. There are so many people who were bad at fighters and all of sudden became like the greatest gamers ever when SFxT came out and get mad when people bad mouth it. That's surprising to me lol. The update will make the game a bit more feasible hopefully because right now it is lackluster and just not good.....sorry brah.
