All those Himdaisy/Himdaidy/whatever-the-name-is images being used for the P4A articles are awesome. I'm glad P4A is getting awards. Maybe we'll see an expansion with more Persona/Megami characters, and hopefully the Atlus version of DMCs Dante.

Depressing that a game winning all these awards is still not available in the UK :(

I really hope all these awards lead to something new for the game. Maybe a Vita port, or a sequel with new stuff since there were still some things in the game's story that needed answers (why did Shadow Yu appear if a person's Shadow and Persona cannot co-exist? Who was the person controlling Labrys near the end of Story Mode? etc.) Alss, I'd just like to say that I absolutely love the dubbed version of Hiimdaisy's comic.

How did it beat Tekken Tag Tournament II? That game has at least 1 years worth of reply and depth in characters!

Persona 4 Arena is a very unique fighting game, out of all the new fighters out there this year, this was surprisingly the best since its known as the best RPG ever. I'm glad its getting awards, but i know it wouldn't get enough recognition like all the capcom fighters. I mean look at KOF, it was the most hyped game at EVO but it gets pushed away for Capcom fighters.

Good to hear P4A is getting all this recognition but it still pains me this game has yet to release in Europe. I know these things take time, especially with atlus/asw games but come ON, I can't even import it for crying out loud.

That's the issue there: if you're not gonna release it in EU, at the very least don't freaking region lock the game!

P4A isnt even the best Arcsys game that came out this year! To make things worse VF5FS, a supirior game to P4A, wasnt nominated.

Its rediculous. Its only winning because its got name recognition, and story modes for the same casuals that recognized the name. The new GG is MUCH better. TTT2 is MUCH better. After the 2013 patch, even SFxT might be better.

1. VF5FS is based off a several year old game don't know why you bothered to bring that up. 2. You make it sound that "new" GG was out long enough to be considered "fighter game of year" when it barely came out at the end of the year, enough with the superiority attitude. 3. TTT2 is a glorified Tag T6 it was pretty disappointing and I like the Tekken Series.4. SfxT? The game as now would not win any award and complaining about a future patch does not mean jack if it comes out past 2012 or very near the end of it.

I hope P4A getting all this recognition somehow gets the game get to Euro crowds faster.

P4A totally deserves all these best fighting game awards. It's about time ASW and Atlus get recognition for making an awesome game stemming from an awesome JRPG series. :)
