Does anyone know anything about Kazunoko's participation in the SF 25th Anniversary Tournament?

Where is this being held about? "Being held in the UK"... that's like saying "Being held in the USA" :?

It's being held in Telford, which is centre-ish of the country.

I was wondering that myself - from a search online it looks like it's in Telford.

I was supposed to attend this tournament today but unfortunately, due to transport and preparation issues, I was unable to attend. Man, I'm feeling so down. For this tournament, I would've played SSF2T and SFxT because I would only be there on Saturday so those were the games that I would've played. Even though SSF4 is 1 of my main games, that tournament is going to start on Sunday and I would only stay there for 1 day only. Super Turbo is currently my strongest game and I believe that I would've done well. Oh well, maybe another time.

@Super_Honda I know the feeling. I asked my friends a week ago if they'd travel with me, and they didn't even have to play if they didn't want to get embarrassed. I just wanted to go to the event. But no one wanted to go, so I backed out.

Will have to fall back on the Electronic Dojo tournaments instead later on, and settle for the stream now!

I've watched the SSF2T tournament live and I'm still annoyed that I was unable to come. SFxT and SSF4 tournaments are pretty decent so far at the moment and I'm looking forward to watch the finals later on.

@7

Yeah, that happened to me as well haha. I asked my 1 of my relatives to come with me, just to spectate and I will compete. But, I had other issues as well so yeah, I'm pretty annoyed by that.

Now that mago won a major, he just got rid of a big weight on his shoulders, more than ever he's my favourite to win the grand final in December, 8

really boring sfxt tournament... And what the hell with that vega player against those cody/rufus, a lot of miss boost combos, all we know cody is a brainless with safe boost combos character and rufus isnt really a hard character to use, but that vega player was really bad

Ryan Hart deleted that tweet shortly after, but Markman had already seen it and replied "DM [direct message] sent". I guess they won't fire Ryan Hart for something like that but to be honest, he should be. It's totally unprofessional and sets a bad example for the FGC and the whole UK scene.

Imagine if you were a football player sponsored by Adidas and send out a tweet "F**k Adidas for letting my teammates wear Adidas shoes."

Then guess how long your sponsorship would last.

Obviously he's our best player but he let the UK down with his saltiness. Anyone that saw the matches would see that he could of beaten Momo and Mago. Maybe its just me, but I believe ou should lose gracefully or show everyone on the day you are good enough to go.

@22, no, i watched the match. He has no chance against mago's Fei Long. He choked away against Momochi.

Open qualifier means anyone can enter, which is unfortunate for Ryan but those are the rules and Madcatz aim would be to have as many players as possible in the finals which means they were going to fly Mago to every tournament until he got got a spot in the finals. Besides it's not like Mago & Momochi are invincible when they step outside of Japan, it's not 2009.

As for the actual gameplay, props to imstilldadaddy for using Guile against Chi-rithy and winning. Chi-rithy usually makes that match look free when he plays Dieminion
