'Gief looking downright beast mode in SFxT. Can't wait to crack that game open, especially the Tekken characters since they're getting underused in these pre-release stages just because of unfamiliarity.
Also looking forward to UMvC3, gimme dat Rocket Raccoon and (Dark) Phoenix Wright already.
Wow in that 3rd vid Devil trigger from Virgil canceled out his sword super @ 5:17. At first I thought he would be ridiculously too powerful but it's nice to know with all the restrictions and limitations he has:
-DT cancelling the swords,
-lvl 3 a DT only super making it essentially a lvl 4,
-Swords not lasting long at all once they make contact, ---Augmentations to the sword super coasting extra bars,
-Not nearly as many extra options available in DT besides lvl 3 and a double jump.
-Below average health (but then that seems like half the cast now)
Knowing that he's balance and not an automatic S tier like his brother makes him more attractive to main for me right now
How about Ibuki or Steve Fox?

You have an ENTIRE ROSTER to play with, and these guys are treating it like a tournament. Have fun with the damn game, I'm tired of the same characters we in tournaments being played in casuals.

i feel you i say this when i play online player matches on vanilla and people are still huggin wolvie sent wesk akuma and mags nuts.... the game is almost dead and poeple still on that evo mind state for nothing lol........ and thor still looks sluggish booooooo! god of lightning should be fast man quit playin ya boy
looks like i found my second character along side chun at nyc comic con!! that gief is beast.. high health and hits like a tank. one of his spd takes off the same amount of health as a super from other characters. theres no need to waste 2 bars when you have spd in hand.. lol
Already getting sick of Magneto overuse, he's looking to be even more ridiculous than he was in Vanilla thanks to the Repulsion/Attraction move he got and the pretty minimal nerfs to his rushdown. Screw Magneto and anybody who uses him.

I wish they put more defensive assists in umvc3. I saw few to many 'happy birthday' moments. SFxT is a bit too cartoony for me. I hope AE doesn't die when these games come out :(

i remember reading that cammy had her sf4 links(i think it was srk but i cant link anything to confirm). And in one of the zangief vids on EH u see gief throw out jab jab strong like in sf4(looks like it linked). I want to say yea but i really cant confirm it.
#8 No, the Devil Trigger removes the swords. Unless you were too stupid to notice how long the swords actually last which is not THAT short.
Also, when will people learn Sentinel isn't as good as he used to be?
Watched the first and 3rd vid, i dont know the players, but judging only based on what i saw, i go with Charlie all the way.
that virgil in the first round was awsome, and i hated to see that magneto, dont like the way magneto fights, it just feels weird.
i cant "like" the game when at the third round he offed Virgil with a chip combo...
i know it may seem no sense ranting, and i should embrace the dudes tactics because those are there, but some things are meh IMO, im a Virgil fanboy, but judging by commnets, playing magneto is going a bit serious lol.
short version, i go with the vergil player because he did not seem that much as a MVC pro player or good player whatever you call it, as he droped lots of combos, whereas that magneto did a huge combo
it felt good when i did Dante's last trial combo, because it was varied and not to long, kinda, but that magneto one, was ugly lol.

#3 Dante is not automatic S tier lol, and Vergil looks as good as Dante or at least very high. You have to widen your vision and think of the possibilities, not just ''oh his DT only gives a double jump,'' its how you for example can us DT to cancel/continue combos/make moves that are unsafe safe,/reset opponents/Ambigious crossups with etc.
Basically Vergil is gonna be a crazy mixup character with his 3 teleports, swords etc.
Also Dante requires a good amount of skill before you can start unlocking his potential so thats a bad excuse. Wesker, Wolverine, Phoenix ok, they require 0 to start doing good with
Yea it sucks Zangief looks so powerful, especially since every character has a 30% TAG team combo, imagine if Zangief had like Ken combos or w/e without bar. (he has a few links but they are tight)
But I knew this would happen since I wa already wondering how good Zangief would be in this game engine, I guess the answer is giving his SPD 80000% DMG lol.

We WON'T know how everyone else is progressing because EVERYONE plays the same copy/paste team they had in MvC3 and they think they're amazing for all knowing the same combo we've seen since day 1.
We need to see everyone else's new tech instead of just hearing/seeing it on paper.
"Morrigan's flight combos are better and deals more damage overall." Okay, that sounds great, but where's the video proof to see it? Oops, no one plays Morrigan because they're too busy showing off the SAME Magneto combos everyone has been doing since forever, only altered because of the different properties, but it's the same sh!t, different day.
"Hsien-Ko's walk/air dash speed increase and more damage/more stuff to throw." Yeah, sounds great, let me try to see if there are Hsien-Ko players at these events. (none)
The have to be more diverse players at these events, I feel like I'm watching the same footage at different locations.
There should be a new posting regiment on eventhubs with these new UMVC3 videos. If it has players with common teams don't even post. We need more peopl to send in videos with VARIETY please. I know this maybe the best they can do but seriously show us more of the other casts seeing as how most of can't go to these events. Thats all we are asking for please.

I think we share the same mind because im tired of seeing Magneto Doom Sentinel, its so annoying its like in this game the Top tiers have to remain top and the others have to remain as others I mean some buffs that the High Tiers are getting is just stupid.....**DR.DOOM** the whole Repulsion and Attraction pretty much kills Haggar Tron and any other rushdowns with Teleports or fast dashes. We need pplayers who actually use the Roster **Chars that arent seen all the time**
-Magneto speed doesnt look much nerfed I notice it but yea..
-Thor is still looking sluggish wtf Capcom
-Vergil doesnt seem (omg hitconfirm Long combo) he has so much potential and possibilities that I might add him to my Viewtiful Joe, Ghost Rider, Nemesis/Nova/P.Wright Team.
-Iron Fist doesnt seem to have any Anti-Air attacks. and looks easy to zone **thanx for showing us how lame u are DiosX**

I see a worse and useless change on Magneto and Sentinel. 3rd video: at 7:15, Magneto's hyper gravitation loses a character. 4th video: at 1:32, the Punch Rocket doesn't link to hyper sentinel force. *sigh*
Rather than bitching ever considered the possibility that these guys are trying to test the new versions of those characters? Since they have prior knowledge, it's only expected that they would try to get into the comfort zone of the new Wesker Magnus Sent or Doom. Besides, there is plenty of info enough on the new chars. Just because there are new characters doesn't mean they MUST be used for your viewing pleasure. Also the guy in vid 2 was working Strider like a boss.
Can't wait for these gamessss. Vergill lets go :D
