Dante's alternate colors in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 were detailed today on the official Capcom-Unity blog. If you would like to know why certain colors were picked, you can head over to the official blog. Here is a few sample colors to get your started.

I think the Haggar one's kinda disappointing. don't recognise the other 2 charcters either.

@1 Blade and Moon Knight, respectively.

And it's not a Haggar inspired color, the blog states that since Haggar is getting a camo color in Ultimate, it might be cool to team them up for color matching.

Also, and I quote: "The rest of the images all have pictures, so I put Moon Knight on here. It seemed appropriate, but don't go complaining that this doesn't look enough like Moon Knight; it wasn't supposed to."

Wow, these are the first ones I hate.

Dumb concepts everywere. The Vergil Dante is such a dumb color. I'm sure the one to decide these isn't the same person who worked on the previous colors. Hope this doesn't mean the remain characters will get these sh-t colors.

Oh and someone inform that person that the white Dante is based on Ryu from Breath of Fire.

I dunno, I kinda like the the Vergil colored Dante. Reminds me of how Vergil looked with his hair down during his and Dante's first duel in DMC 3, before he all swished it backwards =p

Eh these are terrible lol. Why does Dante need to get inspiration from Hagger..and Task for costumes lol. He also already has a similar army jacket type costume.

I'm pretty sure the "Haggar" costume isn't really designed around Haggar. In DMC2 they had some stupid advertisement campaign with Diesel clothing. Even had an alternate outfit for both Dante and Lucia.

Anyway, I actually don't mind having these colors. I mean, I'm sure that anyone could think of at least 3 cooler pallette swaps for Dante, or for any character for that matter. But in the end, capcom decides what their characters look like and honestly, I like them a lot. Especially the orange tasky costume.
