LOL, I asked Seth about the Karate Clown at EVO and somewhere along our conversation he said something like "Some guy asked me to draw a picture of him earlier... so I just drew a f*cking clown. I don't know."

Guys just careful with the comments. You do know Capcom love to get little jokes and fake easter eggs and make them a reality.
Because of this video, people will start making fake screenshots, concept arts, and before you know it, Capcom will make him a reality.
Thats how Gouken and Akuma came to life and we all know it. Not complaining bout them, but definitely not looking forward to have a clown in the roster.

I would take a female clown if the design was good. But Capcom is making to many Joke characters. In 4 alone we got Fuerte, Rufus and Hakan. And fuerte and hakan were such a waste, and are pretty much the 2 characters that are most annoying. They need some new serious chars, and definetly more females.
Wasn't there a clown in Fighters' History? I believe his name was Clown.
He looked really sinister...like Vega if Vega were a clown, sort of. That may sound weird, but look at a picture of him and you will know what I mean.
I am in favor of clowns in fighting games because coulrophobia, the fear of clowns, is one of the most common phobias, and it would be interesting to see people fighting against something they were afraid of.

How did we go from well designed characters like Alex and Oro to kung fu clowns, and orange oil fighters with stupid hair.
I do not understand Capcom...having good characters from the alpha series, they spend time creating awful characters.
Oh! I can't wait for retarded fans to incisively ask and demand for that clown character to be included on future SF games, just to giggle for 5 minutes and never use the character ever again. Cuz you know, thats what they are doing with UMVC3

all the sf4 new characters are so unique.. every single one of them.. they play like no other character in any fighting game yet still fit in a sf game... even hakan style is unique.. esp viper and juri

If this guy was introduced back in the SF2 days, no-one would question him any more than Blanka. but now, he's a crappy character? to me it sounds original and goes well with the more goofball-SF characters. I say, bring this guy in for SFV.
