Toro the Cat is Sony's mascot. At least, that's what they say. I have never seen that thing in my life. Capcom had a poll on who people wanted to see in SFxT, and one of the options was Toro the Cat. Actually, a majority of them wanted Dan to be in the game, and their votes were changed to Toro. So he won. And there you go.

You know it IS possible to work on multiple characters at the same time, right? no one had to be taken out to include the cats, and unless you can provide some solid evidence to the contrary, I really find it hard to believe that's what happened.
Let's not forget that Lupinko confirmed SFxT's roster is going to be BIGGER than 50 characters. I'm pretty sure no one was taken out.

-your precious slots were not taken. By this point in time, and even longer than that, the character list was set in stone. They plan these things in advance, and work on it. If they fall behind, characters that are not complete, don't make it. This has happened many times, in many games. Even in SFIII, Hugo was not done, so they put him in 2nd Generation.

according to the magic box, Yoshinori Ono revealed that the PS3 and PS Vita version of Street Fighter X Tekken will feature Toro and Kuro from the Dokodemo Issyo series, and Felyne from Monster Hunter as playable characters. These were fans requests. We'll hell ill just post the link.

I & many other people are saying (not just from here), it's ridiculous to have bonus/gimmick/guest characters in which they don't belong in a crossover game. It just defeats the purpose of being called Street Fighter x Tekken.
Plus yes, guest/gimmick/bonus characters ARE considered cash grabs in fighting games, like Link/Spawn/Heihachi in Soul Calibur 2.

Is it really that big a deal having bonus characters in a game? If they took some core characters out I could see your point, but just having a couple extra people never hurt anyone. And if people use them online just don't play em.
Why only on the PSP.....I'd like to play those characters. I remember playing as Gon in T3 years ago. Capcom can we get them for the PS3, I may buy it for both X360 [main console] and PS3 [secondary console] if we can get them.

You whiney morons do realise that the money Sony paid Capcom to get these two quick, easily made characters with copy/pasted move sets put into the Vita version probably paid for the resources to add the equivalent of two or more of the main characters to EVERY version.
Well people are complaining about this version of the game. I do not see a big deal with it. They made it in so fine. Besides... I do not think you will be seeing big tournaments with a vita section anyway so quit worrying about the cats.
As for Cole... Nothing wrong with him... Does not matter. I am sure if they are putting in exclusive characters in this game... The character roster was finalized long ago.. So pretty much all this put this person person in and take this person out... is pointless now. They only paid attention to past complaints about characters not making it in and are adding them now... Or maybe they are just putting them in because they feel like they need to be in games again.
So at this point, if Karin and Alex and all your requested fighters do not make it in... Well... you know why. They never stood a chance. But if they do make it in...
