Team MadCatz has posted on their website that the LowLandLions players Ryan Hart, Kayane, Souli ‘SLS’ Khalifa and Richard ‘Louie’ Hansson are now also fighting under the MadCatz sponsorship umbrella thanks to a recent deal. If this confuses you, just keep in mind that LowLandLions is their own standalone fighting game team that is being sponsored directly by MadCatz.Mago already got his SBO ticket by winning Natsu no JIn quals, then he picked Tokido as teammate.
I dunno if Daigo can enter last qualifiers. You have to own "red ticket" from past qualifiers to enter the last qualifier.
Daigo's team should skip last quals, it'll be much less unfair for other participants.
Iyo plays ibuki. CHeck the Arcade BP ranking http://kyosuke.kun.free.fr/Ranking/. He's #7 on the list with IBUKI with a 79% winning ratio. Daigo(#1,83%. Mago (#3,80%), Tokido(#65th, 80%)
Congrats to LowLandLions! Europe needs more representation. They've got some killers over there, and the more sponsors, the more people will want to level up.
Love seeing female players move up, too. I can't wait for the day that we see someone like BurnYourBra, Choko, Sherry, or Kayane take a major.
I haven't heard much from Iyo recently, but he was an awesome Sim player back when SF4 first came out. Since then I think his switched to Ibuki, which by the way is a fine character choice but it would be really interesting if he went back to his roots and chooses Sim. But either way I'm happy to hear the news. Go team Daigo-Iyo!
Really excited for Iyo + Daigo. A lot of people (including Ibuki players) call Ibuki crap but I feel shes pretty underrated and can do A LOT. She only really lacks a few things.
Fuudo only really respected two players..Daigo + Iyo so im excited.
Wow, a swedish player got sponsored. Props to that, Louie.

@SAMURAI: well in the street fighter scene im more of an oldschool player where I were alot more active and travelled alot more when it came to the games ST, CvS2 and 3s.. in SFIV I havent really been bothered with that to much except for the DreamHack tournaments here in Sweden so I understand you, my youtube is www.youtube.com/user/Richard413 if you want to check out more
@ Louie
My first message might be a bit offensive, my apologies for that. I didn't mean to be disrespectfull to you and Souli ‘SLS’ Khalifa. I wish you guys all the best and hope you do great and represent Europe well.
But it annoys me that someone like Alioune who is considered Europe's best SF4 player still isn't sponsored. I really want to see him at the big tournaments worldwide, but that's like impossible without a good sponsor. Same goes for players like VRyu and Luffy. I think you and everyone else will agree that those guys deserve to be signed somewhere.
@ nuts
Don't know, maybe they should. If that means that we'll get to see him at all the big tournaments worldwide, then yes. Whatever it takes to bring the best players at the biggest tournaments. I like all good players, it's great to see the best of the best fight against each other.
I might be wrong, but I think he wasn't at tournaments like EVO, Shadowloo Showdown,... It would be great if MadCatz (or someone else) could make that happen.
madcatz will take anyone now it seems. they should sponsor a big mvc3 name like viscant or even marlinpie imo
