Oh man, I don't know about you guys, but as a Gen player I'm super excited to see Xian transition to Gen as there are definitely not enough notable Gen players out there in the tourney scene.
Here's hoping that he makes a name for Gen in AE like Yeb did in vanilla.
Man I was hoping Xian knew some tricks that I didn't... but oh well his Gen is alright, that Gouken on the other hand... not very good. I played a better Gouken then that f^cking around online last night, rare as they are.

Cut Xian some slack, he's only recently started the transition process from Yun to Gen. Once he gets fully adjusted with Gen I'm sure we'll see some cool stuff out of him eventually.
And I dunno if they just wanted to do an old man battle or what, Mango's main is Seth not Gouken so I can see why he wasn't doing too well with him.
this guy is hilarious.. way funnier then gootecks.. i remember he was casting with gootecks and he was hella entertaining... gootecks? not so much
@Mrb20028 Yeb was my inspiration to use Gen too. Then Super happened, and all the Gen dried up. Yeb quickly found a new character to play once Gen was nerfed into pieces, and later decided to drop SSFIV altogether. He's back, as of Arcade Edition, but AE Gen is still in dire need of some DRASTIC changes before he's playable at any kind of competitive level.
Honestly watching this as a Gen player, it looks like Xian has a LOT of catching up to do with Gen, but I hope he sticks to it. There are simply no Gens left since he was ravaged by Capcom's development team. Sad, since Gen practically taught half the cast of Street Fighter how to fight.
THANK YOU! 4 hours of break at school will now be easier (for 12 minutes).
