The fight vs Hugo was probably the most stylish TA-fight ever, imo. I fapped furiously.
Tool Assisting and cheating are two different things. With a TA video, you use stuff like save states and programmed combos to show off what's possible with the game's engine. It essentially gives you the execution of a robot to show off stuff that's possible in the game.
@10
Not quite. Like #12 mentioned, it gives you flawless execution, but you can't actually use against a real person in a real fight or anything since it requires you to constantly reload save states and program everything just right. It's pretty tedious work and is meant to simply show off the capabilities and possibilities of the game's engine.
So it's just for flashy stuff only, basically.
Nicely done... one question though...
How come Q didn't appear to challenge after Akuma ? Dudley didn't lose a single round and Q didn't showed up. It can't be the fact that it's tool-assisted, because when the guy made a tool-assisted run with Hugo, Q showed up normally...
Glitch from speed-running ?
@17 I think its because he didnt get more than 5 true super art finishes. By this i mean he didnt finish them off during the super art animation (e.g. where it flashes the red and orange background) and some were part of a combo linked off after the super art if you know what i mean. To meet Q you need to not to lose a round or continue, get D or higher and finish 5 or more rounds with a super art.
Great video
@19 means master street fighter....you are correct
@17: Facing Q means also getting enough Special Points or so, which are earned by getting a rank better than the one before. Against Hugo I got an SS+, but then against Akuma I got an S from getting hit twice by using Cross Counter. However, I'm planning on doing over the Akuma fight to then face Q.
Damn, I didn't even know the parry bonus stage went beyond level 3.
I wish that Color was in OE
