Uploading matches isn't really an issue... that's why Capcom and the respective streams rarely complain.

If I have a stream ( My Stream ) for everyone to watch. Then someone decides to record my stream THEN edit it and upload to their channel for it to get uploaded on Eventhubs of course I will be angry. Everyone is stealing what is not theirs to take.
