I think these are horrible honestly. Alex's colors stink, some of these are really questionable to me, definitely third tier colors if you ask me. Akuma's alts are pretty cool, but I dunno about 3 dollars good.
These are lame. Of all the characters, I only like some of Twelve, Oro, Urien and Akuma's... All of which are characters I don't use.
No one is making you buy these if you don't want them. Can't stand when people make it seemed like their forced to buy something just to enjoy the game a little bit more. Personally, there is some I like and some I think are a little bland, otherwise, lacking in creativity.
Wow I could definitely do a better job on half of these palettes then they did. these are horrible.

We still have a right to speculate and let our word be known. We're not complaining that they suck and we want something better, we're just looking at this like a weight loss product you see on the shelf on the grocery store and say "What? This is BS," and just keep on walkin'.

No, he just reposted it without giving any sort of credit. I put together that image so people could decide if it was worth $3 without having to buy it.
It reminds me about Ultima Online's custom colors - too toxic and unbalanced http://uo.theabyss.ru/images/uo/start... The best example is Yun - it's JAB color is THE WORST! Hey, Capcom, it's 3rd Strike, not MUGEN! Need more soul and style!

The game doesn't even function properly now and I know quite a few of you are still willing to shell out the money for this.
You may say it's only 3 bucks but Capcom will never get the hint if you keep blindly wasting your money on cash grabs like this.

Every. Single. Color looks like done by a 4 years old autist who discovered Palmod and Paint.net 2 days ago. Capcom is a pile of epic fail which is so HUGE that it should be stated as a world record, but this here, made me reconsider my entire life. They NEVER failed like this, and when I say NEVER in matter of the history of CAPCOM, yes, CAPCOM, then I must be really SHOCKED, guys.

FFS. Even the worst looking palettes I've made are infinitely better than this. Who here would love to buy my purple Dudley and green Remy, raise your hand.
One thing they should have changed is the button pressing to get different colors. I think it would be much easier to move left or right and let you choose your color. The same way they have it in SSFIV. People might not get the color they want if they have to press 3 buttons and accidentally miss a button or something like that. Not a really big issue for me, but sometimes, little things can go a long way.
Makoto: strong, fierce, roundhouse and jab fierce forward. Good to see that she got a good pack.
Ken: short, jab.
Ryu: fierce. The rest sucks
Ibuki: jab, forward and jab fierce forward. But really! Ibuki's original colors are so good that this pack is pale in comparison.
Wow talk about Crayons having a bukake party to the extreme. Some alternates are just to die for (Chun-li's fierce is to die for) and some peoples colours just cause people to die(nearly every other pallette they gave her)...

When I found out I could not switch through my palettes and found that I have to set only pallete per character the only thing that went through my head was, "So instead of me getting all of my favorite decisions I have to decide between the greater two? Capcom you just cannot ever seem to get a remake correct can you?"
Eh, I'll stick with the original colors. These were clearly done by amateurs who have no understanding of color theory or applications of light and shadow.
Where the hell did they get the inspiration for these palettes anyway? What's Alex pushing with his strong and roundhouse colors? I Can't Believe it's Not Butter!, and Baskin-Robbins?
Earlier today I actually fought someone with the Strong palette for Ryu... I feel sad now.
I hope they Dlc the stages from new generation and Giant impact. I know its silly just hoping...
Its only colors,Its only a little bit of money why all the fuss? I will get them just to have something different to look at! I think its awesome Capcom remade 3S for us and i will be more than happy to buy DLC for the cause!

Some Laker's/Steeler's colors going on theres. The contrasting Ryu Black/White looks good as a still the rest of his are randomly.. bad. I like the Gouki's the best. Maybe Select+Button would of been a better option for Capcom. It's all just extra, can't hate on optional purchases that you don't need to enjoy the game. Bring more DLC Capcom like Stages + Music + Replays w/the usernames! lol

@40 yeah me.. i cant access the new colours at all. ive tried everything i can think of, start+LP etc, clicking the control sticks and pressing a button, and nothing works. ATM ive paid 240msp for NOTHING

You have to have beat arcade on default setting with a character to unlock his/her new colours, then go to..

The xbox color pack 1 is actually match pack 1 just paid for color pack 1 and gave me match pack 1
Dunno why you guys flipping out I like 4-6 colos just like in aaaaaall packs of SF4 srsly 95% of SF4 are the worst s**t ever, so I'm not rly suprised. And btw. who cares about colors and stuff rofl I choose one character and slam my fist against the stick. Ta-dah! Random Colors!

The "2nd Impact" colors are already available with no purchase; just have to beat the game with each character.
"Color Pack 1" is another set of colors that doesn't require unlocking after purchase, so you could have 3 color sets per character at the moment. It's not working correctly on 360 yet, as Color Pack 1 is actually Match Pack 1 for some reason...
People keep saying well you don't have to buy. Well they don't have to sell stuff like this it makes them look bad. The bottom line is that this selling of colors is super shady even for Capcom. The game is an old game, and you couldn't included a color swap or wheel for free. Games like Tekken have this for free. I bought the game but seeing dlc practice like this make me sick. I hope no one buys things like this to send a good message. Money speaks so please don't waste your money for dlc like this soon they will be selling us new stages for 15 bucks.
Eh, kinda pissed. For one, I can't even tell if the Sean pant's are a different color, which usually change with every outfit, so if I get the pack what if Sean's colors end up hideous like they already look let alone with the pants? Also, there's that ONE color everyone wants that their gunna get this pack for, just for ONE color, cause there's BARELY an good ones in here. Just look at Chun-Li...
I don't own this game, nor do I plan to...but for everyone insulting people that might spend a measly 3bucks on this? Get a life. Noone really cares about what you think about something so completely irrelevant. Want to know an actual waste of 3$? Candy, pop, twinkles etc. that's actually degrading you're health -_- THAT would qualify as "stupid" before buying some damn colors for a game! Care to guess how many are guilty of that in comparison? Try to have something useful to say sometimes.

I use Twelve so I recognize that there's not a lot they can do, but these colors are still really disappointing. Most of his new ones look like puke. I want something really bright like an electric blue or a neon orange.
Some of these colors are garbage, some of them are ok. I will purchase!

#23 &25 for fuking presidents! took the words right outta my mouth! after seeing these atrocious colors 1st hand now I know w/o a doubt that I have absolutely no intention of wasting my money on this burning pile of sh1t! until I hear of a fix for the game and color edit mode announced for dlc I will not endorse this half ass cash grabbing dlc they're selling. reminds me of those bum street vendors trying to sell their old crap like those very 1st laptops from back in the day.
I was kinda hoping DLC would go the route as different sprites (i.e. costumes) and not colors. I think one of the hidden secrets of 3s is that the game actually isn't upscaleing anything when applying the fliters, when playing the game without any "filters" really just means you're playing with sprites that have been upscaled on a bi-pixel filter.
Oh well, I guess drawing new sprites for every frame of animation each character has is just too much work. qq
It is a ton of work. There are like over 20 states for the character to be in as is. You'd have to reanimate that for every character and every costume.
