How to Skrull: Beginner's guide to Super-Skrull in Marvel vs. Capcom 3

Freyzii noticed that Hi Im Nastyy put up his beginners guide to Super-Skrull in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. This is a really detailed video, running through assists, normal moves, hypers and other stuff. If this is a character you're interested in playing, this is a great bit to watch to learn how to use him.

Preface: I am not good at this game. But I main skrull and kind of disagree with a lot of the stuff displayed in the video.

It was a good video for the very extreme basics, but I have two comments on the video:

One, I RARELY use H and I only use his charge moves as randoms ( maybe thats cuz im not good enough )

I find cr. L to be an amazing anti air, and anti cross up. I also never use the st. H as it causes ground bounce way too early in the combo. IT isn't a bad move for a random, but I wouldnt consider it to be his best anti-air really...

Two, (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) the combos shown were far less than optimal, I'm not even a good player and I'd consider my execution to be standard at best, but there are far more damaging combos with ol skrully. SKRULL IS ABOUT DAMAGE. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO HIT HARD WITH THIS CHARACTER OTHERWISE WHATS THE POINT. Here are my thoughts:

Any time you tenderizer in the corner you can dash up S relaunch. ( No need for x factor, just raw dog it).

Any time you elastic slam, you can dash forward, jump, air dash, down-H, dash S, relaunch. If this is too much for you, just do meteor and then inferno, or if you are in the corner the far easier, tenderizer, dash up S, relaunch.

I actually never use tenderizers in combos unless absolutely necessary, or for the easy kill.

Here are some of my BnB's:

(From cr.L as anti air, or just hit confirm):
-Crouching Series, Launch, MMHS, jump air dash, down-H, dash Launch, MMHS, Meteor Strike thing, Inferno

(From Down-H droppin on top of the opponent):
Cross up Down-H, S, MMHS, jump, air dash, down-H, dash Launch MMHS, Meteor Strike, Inferno.
-If it doesnt cross up, you need to Dash-S to begin.

(From Elastic Slams)
-Simple - Meteor Strike-Inferno.
In corner, tenderizer, dash S, MMHS, yada yada just like above.
-Harder, is dash, jump, air dash, down h, dash Launch... etc.

Anything you can end with Meteor Strike, you can end with LVL3. I Do not use his human torch move really...

-Just my thoughts... for X-factor, just go nuts, or do the same above combos, they'll do a mill damage easy.
