JuiceboxAbel has been streaming the past few days to help people learn a little bit more about Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition. He gives different information based on the questions that people are asking and it covers different characters. The stream is designed for people to ask me questions about the game in the chatbox. I answer as many of them as I can to the best of my abilities, while showing the viewers in training mode those same concepts. If no questions are being asked, I will generally play online or perhaps try to gauge my audience's skill level so I can help them improve.
Hit the jump to check out the stream and an archive of a past video.
Here is an archive of a previous stream, he starts getting questions at about the 21 minute mark on this video here.
does juicebox have the pc version of this game? i've seen his rooms a coupl eof times but i didn't join because i only started playing a month ago.
Great stuff from JuiceBox once again!
The only thing I have to point out is that around the 58 minute mark, JuiceBox says that plinking and double tapping are the exact same thing. They're not. Double tapping gives you two extra frames to hit a link, and plinking only gives you ONE extra frame to connect a link. Double tapping a 1-frame link wouldn't do anything. But double tapping M. Bison's light kick links (which aren't 1-frame links) gives BETTER results than plinking. There's tons of info about it on the SRK forums.
I can recognize thousandths of a second. *sharingan off*
Wonder what the link for footies is? Anyone on it at the time, wouldnt mind reading it when on the train or something.
Juicebox seems like a nice guy with the right attitude and mindstate and that everyone was scrubs at one time and we should be teaching them, rather than shunning them as we were those guys. It shouldnt really matter if we played fighting games from sf2 or sf4

8 is 100% right. The 1 frame gap from double tapping helps with 2+ frame links if you think about it and I mean really think, because explaining would take too long. Double tapping gives you a 4 frame window for 2 frame links while plinking only gives 3. The only thing is your double taps have to be exactly 1 frame apart for this to be true on 2 frames. Technically you'll still have a 4 frame window but you give up the middle frame for a less accurately timed one to hit.
The snitchbox thing is because someone(not gonna say who) was given an early release copy of vanilla by capcom. This person ripped the frame data and hitbox data from the game and juicebox reported him. God knows why.
Will Juice be a Canada Cup? Haven't seen him at tourny's in a bit. Well not since his Jury at Evo 2011
