Well I read comics, and Guardians of the Galaxy came out 3 years or so. Before that I didn't know him. I wasn't hyped about him until they announced him though. So surprised they chose him. Makes me really happy marvel don't have the dante/ryu clones.
It's funny how Jill is a clone of herself. Have you ever noticed her jumping attacks all look the same. M,H,S all look like the same move lmao.
Also I have to agree with #12 this video was hard to follow, but King Cobra looked like he should be added.

So of all the characters they mentioned... I like the Judo guy and Zangief. Chun Li and Balrog would be great if they took out their specials.
Only three of the World Warriors are any good, why do people love them so much?
Cammy with that red cloak (preferably bigger) would be perfect though.
Fun fact: "King Cobra" eventually became Rufus. A while back, the Japanese dev blog mentioned that Rufus and King Cobra were one and the same at one point, as all of Rufus' moves and even his obsession with Ken were all part of King Cobra's original design. But I guess they felt another guy in a gi didn't stand out very much, so they scrapped that look and instead went with a fat kung fu biker.
What a shame, as I too thought that aside from the name "King Cobra", that was a pretty good design.
And as we know, King Cobra's outfit was given to Ken as his first alt. costume.
I hope they let mike ross do rocket raccoons voice over.
Capcom, we want more well designed characters like King Cobra. Not characters like Rufus and Hakan.

What's up with japanese designers having like like 12 characters from America, and not one is a black chick or a cool black character design.

The U.S has their fair share of characters already. It seems Canada or Australia could do with some representation. Africa could do with a few more. And Russia, with it's size and reputation, only gave us two human characters Zangief and Nerco with Twelve being from Russia, but not Russian.

I mean get rid of their specials. A boxer with a flying headbutt and hammer fist attack that reaches the floor? Or Chun Li's fireball/spinning bird kick/etc? Ridiculous :P

I hope Capcom release King Cobra as DLC and, because he's spent two years at home depressed about not making it into SF4, he's just as fat an excellent as Rufus.
King Cobra looked like a good design. By good I mean normal, and as they pointed out in the beginning it wasn't offensive and it wasn't ridiculous. It was normal, which is a HUGE no for Capcom.
Then I contemplated boycotting Capcom when I read in the comments that he became Rufus. I always wondered how an obese American was able to dive kick and move so quick.
