Any reason why Ken has no SUPER gauge?

@1 i dont know much about sf2 but i think they have old and new versions of each character. and i believe the "old" ones dont have super.

@1 old ken, i believe it keeps the certain pre-balancing data

@1: In ST there's 2 versions of every character, old and new. New characters have supers and can soften throws, while the older versions can do neither, but have different properties to their moves. O.Ken is typically considered superior to the new version do to his superior shoryukens. I think his fireballs are better as well, but don't quote me on it.

imo o.ken is much better than n.ken
faster fireball and all his dp are safe and full invincible
depends really how u play him
o.ken is for pure zoning, footsies, dp trap
while
n.ken is a well rounded gameplay and more strategic

While I do have the utmost respect for ST and the absolute MONSTER players the game has spawned, I believe HDR is the superior-balanced game. That gief damage is ridiculous. Two knockdowns should win you game if you play a clean zangief, not one. Great ending there with the close short bait out.

@booster. i agree, HF is fantastic. If only the damage wasn''t so wildly inconsistent.

I don't understand why people play this rather than Hyper Fighting.

@booster yeah Hyper Fighting is legendary. Although ST is a great game but HF is something else. Its my favourite SF2 game in the SF2 series.

I could use a SF2. I wanna get my ass kicked by the computer. HDR looks nice, but I haven't played this since the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection.
